Pros:

Terribile staff. Direzione troglodita. Maleducata e priva di comprensione e collaborazione. Alla proposta di spostare di 24h il nostro arrivo si è rifiutata. Alla proposta di spostare il soggiorno ad un altra data da concordare, si è rifiutata. In pratica si sono rubati i soldi del soggiorno senza dare nulla in cambio. Uno schifo! Soprattutto a livello umano. Evitate se potete da sti ladri.

Pros:

La posizione è centralissima ma raggiungibile con la macchina senza difficoltà. Parcheggio gratuito nei posti riservati antistanti, staff professionale e disponibile, colazione ottima con cappuccino servito espresso. Struttura molto bella, camera spaziosa e moderna. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Di questo hotel mi è piaciuto proprio tutto, dalla posizione in pieno centro,il parcheggio riservato ai clienti proprio davanti l'ingresso,il personale cordiale e disponibile. All'interno sembra di essere in una galleria d'arte con quadri alle pareti di Alberto Burri,pittore moderno nato proprio a Città di castello.
L'hotel affaccia su piazza Raffaello Sanzio,initolata al grande artista rinascimentale.
La colazione buona e varia con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.
La stanza comoda e il bagno finestrato.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto,direi che la sala colazione è un po' piccola.

Purtroppo la prima notte ci è stata assegnata una camera non corrispondente alla prenotazione... ci è stata cambiata per il secondo pernottamento.

E' stato molto piacevole ed interessante.
Pros:

Tutto l'Hotel è molto curato ed elegante, le opere esposte sono bellissime. La posizione è centrale e facile da raggiungere.

Cons:
