The property is a small castle in a typical small Italian village on the hill, overlooking the lake in the distance. It's an excellent place for stereotypical evening walk through narrow streets in the evening, or greeting locals sitting in bars and cafes (in a small place like this, you will stand out). A functional pool was a welcome addition to our short stay. Large parking is available on the edge of the village.
It's an old castle, there is a general sense of disrepair in a lot of small details. It's not just about being rustic or historic, some things are genuinely calling for being fixed.

Las vistas y el pueblo. Por fuera, el alojamiento tiene su encanto histórico.
La falta de limpieza en general y el poco cuidado y renovación de las habitaciones. Nada más entrar en la habitación encontramos restos de comida bajo la cama, pelo en la ducha y papel de wc escaso y sin jabón de manos. Entiendo que es un lugar antiguo pero se pueden mantener un poco de cariño. Las paredes d ela habitación, la cortina de la ducha en general todo se veía bastante dejado, fue una decepción. La piscina mal conservada. En el desayuno, el mantel de la mesa con manchas secas que parecían de la cena anterior. Pido vinagre, me traen un bote con mosquitos dentro. En el desayuno había variedad de bolleria, pan y algo de embutido pero teniendo en cuenta el calor y en verano, faltaba algo de protección frente a moscas. Era pasable. El personal a veces ausente pero atendía de forma correcta.
