Pros:

La struttura è una bellissima dimora storica con vista sul lago Trasimeno, tranquilla e immersa nel silenzio delle colline. La posizione è ottima per visitare i dintorni.

La struttura è una dimora storica e ha un ottimo potenziale, ma purtroppo la cura e la manutenzione lasciano molto a desiderare.

Per quanto riguarda lo staff, il giorno del nostro arrivo la reception era completamente vuota e non c’era nemmeno un campanello o un modo per avvisare del nostro arrivo. Abbiamo atteso circa 20 minuti prima che arrivasse la receptionist, che si è scusata spiegando che stava pulendo le camere. Comprendo che la struttura possa avere poco personale, ma una migliore organizzazione sarebbe auspicabile. L’altra persona dello staff è stata molto gentile, anche se non particolarmente professionale.

Anche la pulizia ci ha lasciato perplessi: la piscina era sporca, gli asciugamani presentavano macchie e la veranda dove vengono servite colazioni, pranzi e cene aveva vetri evidentemente non puliti da tempo e numerose ragnatele.

L’aspetto che mi ha preoccupato maggiormente riguarda però la camera. Durante il soggiorno ho iniziato ad avvertire numerose punture mentre ero a letto e, nei giorni successivi, ho sviluppato punture diffuse su tutto il corpo compatibili con quelle provocate dalle cimici da letto. Non posso affermare con certezza che l’origine fosse questa struttura, ma la tempistica e la mia esperienza mi portano a sospettarlo. Per questo motivo consiglio alla struttura di effettuare un controllo approfondito e agli ospiti di prestare particolare attenzione.

Staff estremamente cordiale e gentile. La struttura si trova un po' fuori rispetto al Lago Trasimeno ma ne vale la pena sia per il silenzio sia per la vista del lago dalla terrazza dove si fa colazione.

Il personale e la posizione meravigliosa, la struttura è stupenda, il borgo incantevole.

Cons:

La piscina non è curata, la camera che avevamo cadeva a pezzi ed era caldissima, non c'è aria condizionata ma ora è troppo caldo. La signora ci ha dato gentilmente un ventilatore ma non si respirava.
Sono tutte cose che possono succedere ma direi che con il caldo non si può tenere aperta una camera senza una ventilazione.

Eccezionale l'accoglienza di Kubira onnipresente professionale e simpaticissima, il panorama, il verde il profumo di gelsomino che pervade la struttura crea un 'atmosfera non comune. Apprezzabile il tramonto sul trasimeno dal ristorante
all'aperto.

Cons:

Tenuto conto che sicuramente esistono dei finanziamenti regionali per la ristrutturazione delle strutture alberghiere, sarebbe opportuno rendere le camere più adeguate alle esigenze normali di tutti i tipi di clientela (infissi, sanitari rubinetteria, frigobar etc.. per captare anche la clientela business che gradirebbe oltre al comfort il bel posto.

Altes Haus mit Charme. Kommunikation mit Sara war mehr als hilfreich, danke. Parkplatz super. Heizung/Klima sehr gut. Ausblick zum See sehr romantisch. Essen und Bedienung, sowie Snacks ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Lift ist eine tolle Annehmlichkeit!

The views were stunning. The staff were fruendly and helphul especialky Domitilla who had some undersranding of Emglish. The food was lovely and the evening meal was reasonably priced.it was so peaceful and rhe room was spacious

That the bar wasnt in use. It would have been nice to have a chilled drink around the pool or to sit on the panoramic terrace in the evening woth a drink. Also the jacuzzi wssnt working and the pool area needs a little repaor work
The toiletries werent in the room on arrival only soap.the wardrobe door could do wirh some WD40..
