Atmospheric well-maintained historic hotel with a fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

The building is historic and the rooms facing the courtyard are quiet (can't speak for the others). The hotel is clean and pretty nice overall. The breakfast is one of the best I've had anywhere, with a massive selection. Location is good for transport but it's not central in the old town—the plus side is the approach is flat if you have luggage (and we did).

Cons:

The room itself felt a little bit austere decor-wise although there are historic touches.

Hotel molto bello, decorazioni sulle pareti che facevano rilassare l'anima.

E stato come tornare a casa!
Pros:

Colazione ricca, posizione comoda vicina ai tapis roulant per raggiungere il centro di Spoleto e parcheggio disponibile a pagamento nel garage dell'hotel. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Siamo stati per la seconda volta in questo hotel e torneremo ancora perchè da Spoleto sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le altre località da visitare.
