Perfect. We will never forget it and will be back.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptional in every way. A true gem. We were there with our two grown-up children and had three rooms. Extraordinary value for money. Perfect location. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the breakfast was unique - the most amazing we have had, with at least 15+ home made cakes and pastries available every morning on top of the standard offerings. Starting the day over breakfast in the courtyard was heavenly. Grazi mille! The Tudor family.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel inside the walls of Spoleto. It has a sort of old world charm, with displays of tureen, a generous lobby area and sitting room and a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. The breakfast was undoubtedly the star of the show, with everything you could possibly want including several kinds of fruit, fresh fruit salad, plates of grilled vegetables, savoury pies, several types of sweet pastries and home made sweets and biscuits in addition to the usual buffet breakfast fare. You could either sit inside or in a very pretty courtyard. A particular plus was that the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower. The room was spacious, cool and well equipped. There was a very efficient lift. All the staff from reception to those serving breakfast were excellent. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre - but it's steeply uphill, so be prepared (most of Spoleto involves hill climbing so it wasn't a surprise).

Pros:

Très beau bâtiment et décoration,en une nuit je n’ai pas vraiment eu le temps d’en profiter mais ça avait l’air vraiment chouette en tout cas tout s’est super bien passé et petit déjeuner Excellent.
Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment agréable et charmante.
