Pros:

Buena ubicación y el personal (salvo uno) era muy atento y amable, más de lo normal. El sitio es inmejorable. Instalaciones algo anticuadas pero bien mantenidas. Buen desayuno.

Uno de los empleados no era tan agradable como los demás, una lástima porque deteriora la imagen general. Las instalaciones algo anticuadas, por ejemplo el aire acondicionado de la habitación.

Lovely room, nice staff, and great A/C!
Pros:

The location just meters away from Piazza Popolo was very convenient for us. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cool even though the weather was extremely hot when we were there. Breakfast included a nice variety of foods.

Had a fabulous week.
Pros:

Great location. Great staff in the hotel and the restaurant. Great breakfasts. HOT water on cold winters day. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Just an improvement recommendation - Please get USB-C and USB plug points installed in the rooms so adaptors are not necessary.
