La struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione profonda, la pulizia della camera e bagno lasciano a desiderare (sporco) non c'è l'aria condizionata che ormai diamo per scontata

Затрак был терпимым, но вообще без овощей фруктов и яиц, а номер не самый маленький.

Cons:

Вода в ниагаре унитаза ДИЧАЙШЕ ПОСТОЯНО шумела и было просто невыносимо.
Ноо девушка не рецепшене вместо смены номера, предлагала мне доплатить за другой больший номер. и долго отказывалпась пойти лично проверить,что это такое. Потом, а это все было поздней ночь я просто махнул рукой, решив, что как-нпибудь переспим.
Но спать было невозможно, пока я просто не перекрыл(!) кран в ниагару.
Кроме того фиксированный душ высоко под потолком вообщ не выдерживает критики - огромный дискомфорт.
И вода в дуще была недостатчно теплая, сколько под душем не стой. Это АБСОЛЮТНО не нормально.
Всячески не рекомендую этот отель - ни с чем подобным я еще не сталкивался, а езжу я много

Pros:

Lo staff, accogliente. La posizione ottima. Disponibile il parcheggio. Colazione varia, abbondante e buona.

Cons:

Non sono molto esigente, ma la struttura non ha mostrato particolari criticità.

Hotel datato, ma con tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno. Ottima posizione.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e a piedi si può raggiungere la funicolare per il centro storico di Orvieto.

Cons:

Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sentono molto i rumori proveniente dalle altre camere.
In certi orari si sente odore di cibo proveniente dal ristorante sotto l'hotel, quindi non sempre si può tenere la finestra aperta.
I materassi erano duri ed i cuscini molto sottili.
