Hotel datato, ma con tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno. Ottima posizione.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e a piedi si può raggiungere la funicolare per il centro storico di Orvieto.

Cons:

Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sentono molto i rumori proveniente dalle altre camere.
In certi orari si sente odore di cibo proveniente dal ristorante sotto l'hotel, quindi non sempre si può tenere la finestra aperta.
I materassi erano duri ed i cuscini molto sottili.

Appena arrivato in camera mi sono trovato davanti a una situazione inaccettabile: il WC era sporco — e definirlo “sporco” è quasi un complimento. Il bidet, invece, aveva un problema evidente di pressione, con l’acqua che usciva appena a filo, rendendolo praticamente inutilizzabile.
La cosa più grave, però, è stata la gestione da parte della reception. Mi sono recato subito a segnalare il problema, convinto che mi avrebbero cambiato camera senza esitazioni. Invece, la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata: “Ma è sicuro che il bagno sia sporco?”
Un atteggiamento poco professionale e decisamente poco rispettoso nei confronti del cliente. In situazioni del genere ci si aspetta almeno comprensione e una soluzione immediata, non di dover giustificare l’evidenza.
Esperienza negativa sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Vi fik en god modtagelse da vi tjekkede ind. Og så ligger hotellet tæt på Funicolare, så man nemt kan komme op til det rigtige Orvieto

Ich komme wieder

Die Lage neben einem Einkaufszentrum war gut, Fussmarsch zur Seilbahn Orvieto 10 Minuten. Vorallem ist das Personsl ausserordentlich freundlich.

La colazione abbastanza nella norma con scelta di dolce e salato

La pulizia è insufficiente, nei servizi igienici non usciva l'acqua con un getto normale, la moquette per quanto è sporca andrebbe rimossa, materasso scomodo e letto rumoroso. L'hotel è rimasto ai tempi degli etruschi, andrebbe insonorizzato e modernizzato. Da incubo
