Great location in a fabulous town.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location and has clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Cons:

One of the guys on the front desk was quite off hand, which I didn't feel was necessary and we did not feel very welcomed by him at all.

Cons:

Colazione misera con Yogurt dell’eurospin (letteralmente), la camera aveva pavimento e letto puliti, nel resto, polvere e segni di pulizia non profonda (doccia con capelli e macchie di calcare, sia doccia che lavandino intasati, finestre sporche, due bottiglie di acqua frizzante, ma neanche una naturale, mancanza di shampoo, piante del terrazzo non curate) muro rotto e mal riparato, in generale senza dubbio non un servizio ed un attenzione degna di un hotel a 4 stelle

la camera ottima e la posizione centrale che permette di muoversi tranquillamente nel paese.

Cons:

l'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, ma il parcheggio rende tutto difficoltoso! solo a pagamento, con limitazioni dovute ai divieti e senza alcuna agevolazioni per gli ospiti. Colazione da migliorare, magari con prodotti meno industriali.

Is this really grande italia?
Pros:

Great location, possibility of parking, friendly staff

Cons:

The staff is not sufficient enough, there were only 3 people taking care of breakfast, which was scarce, messy and late. Overall the hotel is old and worn out, doesn't feel very clean.
