Camera ampia e spaziosa, pulitissima con un bel terrazzo che dà sui tetti di Orvieto. Personale alla reception gentilissimo, ci ha consigliati molto bene nella scelta del ristorante per la sera. Ottima colazione a buffet con personale accogliente .

We were allocated a room with a generous terrace giving amazing views of the surrounding countryside. This really made our stay memorable as we did not expect this. The hotel location is excellent. The interiors may be a bit dated, but everything was very clean and all the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Would recommend for the location and the rooms with views.
Breakfast could be improved. Plenty of sweet items but savoury items in short supply.

Матрас очень мягкий и про давленный был. Но второй у ребёнка был нормальным.
Os funcionários muito prestativos sempre muito educados e dispostos a nos fornecer o melhor, sempre. A localização é maravilhosa, no centro perto de todas as atrações. Quarto super limpo.O café da manhã muito bom também, tudo bem completo. Amamos o quarto com sacada com uma vista maravilhosa! Banheiro espaçoso e o chuveiro muito bom.
Escadas inesperadas para o 5° andar. Tem elevador mas não vai diretamente para 5° andar. Foi um pouco incômodo porque estávamos com malas grandes e muito pesadas.

Ontbijt in een te kleine ruimte. Wannee er een lage bezetting is wordt er blijkbaar bespaard op ruimte en personeel.
Parkeerplaats vinden is niet vanzelfsprekend, zeker als alle parkeerplaatsen longer plein bezet zijn

Hotel in ottima posizione, ho soggiornato in una camera confortevole all’ ultimo piano con terrazzino e vista meravigliosa su Orvieto, in quanto ho preferito un bagno con box doccia anziché vasca. La stanza era ampia e pulitissima e con frigobar rifornito. Ottima la colazione, completa di tutto.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale, ed il soggiorno molto piacevole.
Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse sarebbe utile un bollitore in camera
