Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel. Location is easy to find and get to from funicular. Staff were very helpful with finding places in town and recommendations. They held my bags for a few hours after checkout as well. Breakfast was Italian style and had gluten free options.

Really nice time at a comfortable and friendly hotel in a lovely town.
Pros:

The owner and staff could not do enough for us, and the breakfast was very good. She makes delightfully delicious baked goods every day! And there is such a selection. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff. We will stay here again when we are in Orvieto. Btw, their recommendation for dinner/lunch at Trattoria Al Corsica down the street was excellent. We were sad we could only eat there once!

Cons:

Nothing -- everything was very comfortable. The coffee was excellent.
