It's good
Pros:

The room and the bathroom was good. Amenities were available, the internet had a good connection, and you can charge your phone from a usb-like cable. Location wise, it was in the city surrounded by several different places to eat. Front desk staffs were nice as well.

Cons:

For those traveling from outside Europe, the shower is small and doesn't really give you the option to have hot water.

Disappointing and unprofessional
Pros:

Disappointing stay.

A garment was permanently damaged by the hotel’s laundry service. Management refused to inspect it or discuss the issue in person and redirected responsibility to the guest’s insurance.
There is no bar, no coffee in the room, and no access to coffee before breakfast hours. Breakfast itself is extremely limited.
Housekeeping was regular and did their job well, but overall service and accountability were lacking.

Nice stay in a hotel from the past
Pros:

Location in the center, close to Twin Towers and Palazzo Maggiore, a lot of good restaurants around. Nice, old building. The interior looks as if time had stopped in 70s.

Cons:

Loud ventilators in the bathroom, bad smell from toilet pipes and very uncomfortable bed, the pillows were hard as stones, instead of a duvet, an old blanket and a sheet, felt very old school.
