Boutique Hotel Re Enzo

Hotel gelegen in rustige omgeving, op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden/winkels/restaurants.
Hartelijk onthaal, uitgebreid smaakvol ontbijt.
Verzorgde kamer met kingsize bed, met prima matras, aansluitend douche/toilet/bidet en wastafel, alles zeer proper! Bedlinnen en zachte handdoeken. Wij zullen zeker teruggaan.

We staid in this lovely hotel in July 2025. The staff at the reception desk are just amazing, Gennaro and Davide. Our first room on the first floor was nice but the shower was really tiny so we asked if we could change for another room and Davide helped and assisted us. The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes from the city centre - breakfast staff also very kind and always very kind. We will for sure come back to this boutique hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstückbuffet, kleines beengtes Zimmer. Die Dachterasse mit Aussicht konnte ich wegen Regen leider nur an einem Abend nutzen. Zu Fuß ins historische Zentrum war etwas weit.

It's a good 2o to 25 walking from many attractions but I would recommend it. Very good facilities.

Room was noisy, bed essentially backed on to the stairs and there were loud plumbing sounds from other rooms. Asked to change rooms but they were sold out. Staff was not remotely sympathetic. Rooms are small and tired.

Der Preis war okay, da ich eine Prämiennacht eingelöst habe. Ansonsten wäre es etwas zu teuer bzw. an der oberen Grenze gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und der Empfangsbereich schön gestaltet. Leider gab es nicht wie angegeben einen Parkplatz beim Hotel und wir mussten 15 Minuten Gehweg entgegen in einer Parkgarage parken (Parcheggio Riva Reno) für 22€ pro Tag parken. Das war etwas nervig, da wir das Hotel gerade wegen dem angegebenen Parkplatz ausgewählt haben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, nicht ganz so neu und schön wie auf den Fotos, aber zweckmäßig eben.

Comfortable hotel in quiet street. About 20minutes walk to main square and lots of bars and restaurants very nearby. Great breakfast spread and very friendly and helpful staff.
Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in hotel room as expected for a 4* hotel.

Staff is nice but property is dated and not well kept. Rooms are not well maintained. Location somehow convenient but outside of main city center.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Really good breakfast.

The hotel is well located in a quiet street about fifteen minutes from the town centre.

The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning is sufficient and the rooms offer plenty of storage and an easy to use safe.

The bathroom and shower are on the small side but ok for the average person.

The breakfast offer a good fresh selection.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We would certainly recommend this boutique hotel.

Desk and breakfast staff were excellent. Housekeeping failed to restock several items during our stay. We had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex.

Everything was very good!!! The only thing was that we had room 101 so if there are people coming in after you go to bed the headboard is on the wall of the elevator.

The rooms were located in a next by condominiums building, quite depressing.
We had to adk for toilet paper, tea bags that were missing,tea cups were not washed.
Also the carpets in the corridor were never vacuumed. We stayed for 8 nights. Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast is continental - fruits, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries. Ask about the eggs.
I had no idea when housekeeping would come as there was no do-not-disturb sign for the door. I only learnt of the option to leave the key at the reception upon check out. It’s a physical key so safety snd privacy is essential.

1. I was permitted an early check-in as I arrived at 2pm and front desk (Sara & Davide) were helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking my airport taxi
2. Single room was clean& bed was comfortable with a mini fridge
3. It’s a 17 minute walk to the city centre - the restaurant Da Me is close by and a must visit. Reservations needed.
4. The breakfast is continental - fruits, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries.
5. I had a mini patio which was a nice touch to enjoy in the evenings
6. I had no idea when housekeeping would come as there was no do-not-disturb sign for the door.
7. I found communication from staff was sometimes missing. For example, I only learnt of the option to leave the key at the reception upon check out. Otherwise this was a downside for me - being cautious with a physical key for the room. This is a security issue -if lost it contains the hotel name AND the room number making it very accessible. Another example is that I found out on my last night from other guests that eggs were offered at breakfast but staff had to direct guests that way.

Very poor hotel in general - overrated for sure. Noise isolation is the worst i ve experienced in the past. Breakfast is cheap, customer care is also not really what you expect when going in this type of place, the place looks and smells old. Really disappointing experience overall, not a 4 stars hotel standing in my opinion. Even the taxi company that they work with are crooks, the guy took the opposite way from the airport, ended up paying 16 euros to be stopped in the middle of the city.. ridiculous.

Billederne af hotellet lever ikke op til virkeligheden. På billederne fremstår hotellet moderne og rummelige værelser.
I virkeligheden er det meget slidt og småt - værelserne og badeværelserne alt for små og med støj fra gangen og naboer. Det var meget skuffende og ikke det vi havde regnet med. Vi havde håbet på et romantisk ophold men det kunne de fysiske rammer ikke levere.
