TOTAL SCAM
Pros:

This was by far the worst “hotel” experience of our lives. It’s an absolute scam and I honestly don’t understand how this place has such a high rating on Booking — it’s a complete disgrace.

We rented an apartment and when we arrived, no one came to meet us or show us where it was. Instead, we were handed a few useless A4 sheets with random photos and vague instructions that made absolutely no sense. Completely unacceptable.

We asked the receptionist for help because we were literally wandering the streets with our luggage, trying to figure out where to go, and we were told to manage on our own. Zero assistance. Zero professionalism.

After 30 minutes of dragging heavy luggage around at midnight, exhausted after a flight, we finally managed to find the apartment by ourselves — only to discover that there was NO LIFT and we had to carry everything up to the 3rd floor.

At that point, we gave up. This was beyond ridiculous. We requested a refund — of course, it was never processed.

This place is not a hotel, it’s a complete joke and a rip-off. Disorganized, unhelpful, and totally disrespectful towards guests.

If you don’t want to go through a nightmare, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You’ll end up paying to go on a scavenger hunt for your own accommodation.

Great would recommend and would stay there again!
Pros:

Room was excellent, lovely decor and huge. Bathrooms were great with plenty of towels. Breakfast was amazing with ample food and an ecelent array of breakfast items. Some of the staff were able to help us with booking cabs.

Cons:

One staff member was not friendly when asked about booking a cab. She told me that they would be too busy to come to the hotel at the time we asked. She did not offer any other solutions and told me she would call my room to help out but never did.

Loved Bologna and loved the Art Hotel Commercianti. Great reflection of the city in the hotel.
Pros:

Incredible property in a perfect part of town. Maybe best hotel breakfast I have come across, plentiful and great options. We were in one of the annex apartments and it was spacious and the decor was fun and well appointed.

Cons:

The only negative with the annex was taking the luggage from check in to the annex and back for check out. A hotel worker helped us get the bags across the cobble stone streets but it's just a little hiccup in an otherwise wonderful hotel in a fabulous city! And the annex room was great, so it really wasn't a big deal at all. I would still recommend!

God placering og hyggeligt, men ikke valuta for pengene (værelsernes kvalitet lav versus pris)
Pros:

Morgenmaden var god med bredt sortiment, herunder italiensk salami, oste samt kagebord. Der manglede salater. Placeringen er rigtig god og behagelig.

Cons:

Værelserne er ikke særlig lyse (dagslys). Mere kritisk er dog støj udefra hotelgangen og udefra indvending gård hvor mange værelser vender mod. A/C kan høres fra gården.
