Truly a Hotel of Art
Pros:

The location was perfect right next to piazza. Hotel was truly a work of art and views of church from terrace were stunning. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and an incredible breakfast with everything you could want.

Cons:

Rooms were very well organized, just a bit small. Front desk employees could be a little more personable.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city
Pros:

Beautiful hotel centrally located nearby the Basilica di San Petronio in the heart of the old city. We had to carefully follow elaborate but accurate driving directions to navigate through the pedestrian zone. We utilized the hotel valet parking (at 33 euros per night). Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Not too large but well designed and decorated. Breakfast buffet was excellent. It couldn't have been at a better location, with numerous restaurants and historical sites a short walking distance away. Air conditioning was excellent, even with the heatwave in progress. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tolles Hotel in zentrales Lage, extrem sauber!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Etwas rustikaler Einrichtungsstil. Aber dafür wirklich sehr sauber, einer der saubersten Hotels in denen ich je war. Tolles Bett/ gut Matratzen. Gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Frühstück klein aber sehr fein. Ausgezeichneter Kaffee. Alles top!

Over all nice hotel, for us the room was very disappointing for the money we paid.

The location was amazing

Cons:

Our room 219 was very small for the money we paid. On the fire plan on the wall it even shows it being a single room. It now has a double bed in it. Only 2 foot space at the bottom of the bed to get round. The bathroom was that small they have cut a small section out of the door so it can open .properly into the bathroom. We were on floor 2 above us was on floor 3 there was a lot of drilling and banging very loud, we did speak to reception and they said renovation work was being carried out and would ring and ask them to stop.

Location is perfect. And breakfast is nice. Customer service is great. Very attentive to your needs and they took care of our request immediately.

Cons:

The place was clean but our first room had a smell which was very unpleasant but they changed us to another room immediately, and that room was great, had no smell.
This maybe because the whole old town is old, and probably has some issues with smell regardless of how much they try to clean it.
