Pros:

I booked a single room, so it was tiny (as I expected) but still so very nice. It was laid out in just the right way, and had wonderful historic decorations in the room. I also had a colleague staying in the the hotel who checked in a day later, who got a lucky upgrade to what I think is called the "tower suite." That wouldn't work if you can't do stairs, but **WOW** that room was amazing, with historic frescos and great views. My view wasn't the same, but it meant the room was SUPER quiet - so nice! Breakfast was also amazing.

Cons:

Nothing! I would 100% stay here every time I go to Bologna.

We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Bologna and this hotel experience was a big part of it

The location was exactly what we were hoping for! Right in the middle of the main part of the city! I am a creature of habit and was going to default to a Marriott property but this hotel looked appealing! I'm so glad that I did! The apartment we stayed in was a off site from the main property but only steps away. It was very spacious and themed with an "art" decor. This was honestly the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in and especially for the price. The value was so well worth it. The service by the staff was always pleasant and so helpful! Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! The staff will also make you certain coffees and bring it to you. We had a very early morning flight and the made us box lunches to go!

Cons:

I don't think anything could really be improved. We had an amazing time here!

Perfect, will definitely return and can highly recommend.
Pros:

Stunning spacious room, super stylish, decor. The decor throughout the hotel was fabulous. Breakfast exception, buffet style, huge selection. Location was perfect, quiet however central to the square.
