Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Allerbeste Lage, 50 Meter zur Piazza Maggiore und einem der tollsten Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften. Hop-on-Hop-off-Bushaltestelle am Platz, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Frühstück alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann, auch Kichererbsen, gegrilltes Gemüse usw. Das Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, schon vor der Anreise. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Äußerst angenehme Erfahrung!

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of historic Bologna
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel next to Basilica San Petronius, in Piazza Maggiore. Perfect location in the city center. The room is charming and has a generous private terrace. The breakfast is top notch and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend his hotel.

A great find! It not only is in a great location but gives you a wonderful of the city of Bologna.
Pros:

Bologna was such a wonderful city and this hotel puts you right in the center of town. We stayed in the Annex room which we knew was a little less convenient because we were not on hotel premises directly, but it wasn't far. The room was very spacious and very well appointed and decorated, staff was friendly and the breakfast was maybe the best we had on the whole trip.

Cons:

Because of the construction of Bologna's tram the hotel had to send us very specific and challenging directions on how to arrive at the hotel (in our rental car), which as true foreigners, was not easy and we wound up nose to nose with a police car. Luckily they took pity on us (and maybe feared for the hundreds of pedestrians!) and literally drove us to the entrance of the hotel. After that, everything was easy breezy and wonderful.
