We recently had a 3-night stay at the Art Hotel Orologio in Bolognia. The hotel was clean and freshly decorated, and the staff was professional and accommodating. We arrived early and expected to dropoff our bags and check out the city, however upon arrival our rooms were ready and we checked in. After returning from lunch a split of prosecco and a snack were awaiting us!
The front desk arranged car service to Florence for our departure and a cab for an early meet with a tour to Parma. Everything was spot on.
There was an elegant breakfast buffet offered in the morning with friendly staff to provide a personalized experience.
The location at the Piazza Maggiore was perfect for our many walks in and around the city. The Quadrilatero (food district) was a short walk, blocks from the piazza. We had an amazing meal at Trattoria Gianni on our last night (reservations needed). We also found some excellent shops on Via d"Azeglio right near the hotel.

There are many hotels to choose from in Bologna but I am very happy we chose here- perfect location, beautiful clean rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful/kind staff

The location is excellent, just off the Piazza Maggiore where you can see all the life of Bologna. The breakfast is wonderful - large range of hot and cold food. The staff are also wonderful, friendly, well trained, attentive, helpful.

Salteaua a fost destul de incomoda, dar poate inconvenientul s-a datorat problemelor personale cu coloana.
The hotel is ideally positioned right by Piazza Maggiore and very well appointed and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and would definitely try to stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Bologna.
The. Hotel decor and prime location

The property was in a great location and the room was awesome. Only issue was the noise. Because it is in a great location you hear everything. Late and early. But we were there only one night so it did not really matter.
Domenico went above and beyond to get us a ride to the airport. Had trouble getting taxi and arranged a private car. Not costly. All the staff was lovely. Advice not to make dinner rez Mon nite was bad—they were booked up when we arrived. Very disappointing. Otherwise, great stay. Thanks.
Situated in the perfect part of town, just steps away from the magnificent Neptune fountain and Piazza Maggiore, but in a quiet little spot. Very helpful front desk. Delicious breakfast with many options. We are so happy we chose this hotel.
We stayed at thiks hotel for one night while we were in Bologna and it truly was a wonderful choice. You cannot find a better location for the center of the city - walk out of the front door and you're at Piazza Maggiore so truly in the center of it all. There are also loads of restaurants in the location from tourist traps to hidden gems so no problem finding a place to dine. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the breakfast is a great option with ample food choices for all appetites.
