Good value for money and close to the city centre

Siamo stati una sola notte all'Art Orologio Hotel perché eravamo di passaggio a Bologna, ma questo hotel ci ha davvero impressionati.
La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: in meno di un minuto a piedi si arriva in Piazza Maggiore, quindi è perfetta per visitare il centro senza dover prendere l'auto.
La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Dalla reception ai camerieri, fino alle signore delle pulizie, tutti sono stati estremamente disponibili e sempre sorridenti, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti, anche con le nostre due bambine.
Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Piazza Maggiore ed era davvero splendida: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevole. Per la nostra bambina di cinque mesi ci hanno fatto trovare una comoda culletta già pronta in camera, un'attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
Un altro gesto che non dimenticheremo è stato il late check-out fino alle 14:00, concesso gratuitamente. Considerando il caldo e il fatto che viaggiavamo con due bambine piccole, è stato un aiuto enorme e un'attenzione che dimostra quanto tengano davvero ai loro ospiti.
È un hotel curato in ogni particolare, dove si percepisce la passione per l'ospitalità. Lo consiglio davvero a chiunque debba soggiornare a Bologna. Senza dubbio è tra i migliori hotel in cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in one of the apartment suites. Lovely, clean property and the staff was all very welcoming and helpful. Location is great, right in the centre of downtown with lots of shops and food. We had breakfast included with our stay and my daughter in celiac and they were so lovely and made sure she had a variety of options that were safe for her to eat. Would definitely stay again.
Central Location, Italian elegance of decor, warm staff, delicious breakfast (hot foods are available), all on the target and met our expectations.

This boutique hotel is very well located and provides excellent service and comfortable rooms. Their breakfast is delicious and the breakfast room is very quaint. We hope to stay here again when we return to Bologna.
