Pros:

I slept well. The air conditioning was functioning. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room didn't have any window or view. The dining area was located kind of awkwardly in the reception area.

Basic and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was a very nice surprise. Basic (coffee+croissants) but very nice.

Posizione ottima,scelta per concerto allo stadio,ci siamo andati a piedi,vicino anche a piazza grande, staf molto accogliente,locali puliti e con I confort essenziali per un buon soggiorno,lo consiglio.

Great staff!
Pros:

The staf, I socialized a bit more with 2 really kind staff members which made me so happy😀

Cons:

The drain was clogged but they can easily fix the problem.

ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile, pulito e in generale non mancava niente

Cons:

tariffa un po' oltre la logica del 3 stelle, inoltre la tassa di soggiorno mi pare elevata (ma lì è il Comune di Bologna che esagera)

Helped us with our bicycles, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, they helped us store our heavy e-bikes. Hotel is on the older side but we found the room clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. An unadvertised breakfast of hot drinks and croissants/cakes was provided.
It suited our needs for an overnight stay.

It was clean, the AC was working really well and the stuff was nice. A nice surprise was a little breakfast at the start of the day
