Un soggiorno di tranquillità e riposo, mai noioso
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Santoli con 2 coppie di amici, e ci siamo trovati benissimo già dalla prenotazione: il signor Armando gentile e veloce nel fornirci ogni informazione richiesta.
Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro, che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata in meno di 10 minuti; dispone di un grande parcheggio riservato e gratuito. L'hotel è pulitissimo e molto curato, arredato con gusto e con qualche tocco di vera arte. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di grande balcone con vista sul parco, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, i letti sono comodi e il bagno grande. Colazione a buffet ottima con dolci fatti in casa e servizio bar servito dal personale. Da non perdere il ristorante: cucina con menù legato ai prodotti di stagione del territorio, particolare e buonissimo. Personale professionale, gentile e cordiale e, allo stesso tempo, si respira una piacevolissima “aria di famiglia”. Le terme di Porretta sono vicinissime, all’interno dello stesso parco e si possono raggiungere tramite l’ascensore e un breve tunnel. Consigliatissimo!

Es hat alles soweit gepasst.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie im Sanatorium, da viele ReHa-Gäste im Hotel untergebracht sind. Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Sehr gute Fahrradabstellplätze in der Tiefgarage, sogar mit Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von Werkzeugen.
Man merkt, dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
