It was excellent.
Pros:

The location is excellent. In a lovely square right in the centre but not noisy. The hotel is beautifully decorated but most praise goes to the staff who were all helpful, kind, courteous and efficient. When my friend was ill (24 hour flu bug) they couldn't have been kinder, especially the kitchen staff and the room maid. 5* to all the staff.

Valutazione ottima, eravamo nella dependance, camera superior posizionata in un palazzo di via Garibaldi a circa 100m dall'hotel. Stanza spaziosa , stile moderno, tutto impeccabile, il palazzo deve essere stato ristrutturato da poco perché sembrava tutto nuovo dalle stanza all'arredamento. Per raggiungere la camera c'é una rampa di scale ma si fa tranquillamente senza problemi comunque é tutto spiegato prima della prenotazione. Colazione ottima, ampia scelta dal dolce al salato c'é di tutto di più! E non per ultimo , la posizione, in pieno centro di Ferrara di fronte al Castello Estense. Grazie di tutto
