Locazione unica, in un palazzo del 1300, in posizione centralissima vicino al castello; stanza spaziosa e ben fornita; colazione nell'edificio centrale (a 100m di distanza) varia e gradevole.
Reception gentili e cortesi. Ritornero' molto volentieri.

Cons:

Non ne ho avuto bisogno, ma suggerirei una zanzariera per le finestre della camera.

Een top locatie in een prachtige renaissance stad.
Pros:

Het hotel, dat precies in het midden van Ferrara ligt,is modern en verzorgd ingericht. Werkelijk een aanrader, om deze mooie stad hier vanuit te ontdekken. De stad zelf is een onbekende parel uit Renaissance tijd. Top.
Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en compleet.
Wij hebben een mooie leerzame tijd gehad hier.

The breakfast was probably the best I have eaten in Italy. I received an upgrade as well and had a wonderful room. Highly recommended.

It's in the city center.

Cons:

Not really a 4 star hotel. Rooms are rather sparsely decorated. Also, mildew in the showers and some stains on the wall. Toilet and shower were not cleaned well. The front desk personnel interaction was mixed (friendly in the morning but a bit rigid in the afternoon). I noticed that the owner responds aggressively to negative reviews on booking.com. Doesn't seem to be able to handle criticism well.

I took the huge room.very high ceiling. Comfortable bed!! Perfect location! Loved the breakfast.
