Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig, sofort ist das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Parksituation war gut. Vor dem Hotel konnten wir in Ruhe ausladenden und danach in einer abgeschlossenen Garage parken. Das Peesonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Posizione perfetta e ottima accoglienza
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto al Castello Estense. La camera era ampia, pulita e arredata con gusto, oltre che molto luminosa. Il bagno era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale, si è dimostrato cortese e attento. La colazione è ampia e completa.

Pros:

L'hotel è centralissimo, pulito e la colazione è top: prodotti freschi, di qualità, sia dolci che salati.
Ci hanno assegnato una camera molto spaziosa

Cons:

L'aria condizionata era bassa e non siamo riusciti ad alzarla. Di conseguenza l'abbiamo chiusa ma poi abbiamo avuto caldo durante la notte. L'abbiamo fatto presente e, se avessimo contattato la reception, avrebbero potuto variare la temperatura... sarà per la prossima volta :-)

Pros:

In primis il personale, gentilissimo e premuroso. Molto disponibile e cordiale, sorridente, efficientissimo. Poi la posizione eccezionale, vicinissima al castello Estense e al centro di Ferrara. Pulitissima la stanza e comodi i letti

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura in occasione di un concerto a Ferrara. Posizione centralissIma, stanza grande e dotata di tutti i comfort, staff gentilissimo nel dare indicazioni e nel cercare di rendere il soggiorno confortevole.
La colazione internazionale è strepitosa

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, il letto matrimoniale fatto da due letti singoli è sempre un po' antipatico ma erano sistemati bene

Tutto è andato bene, peccato per alcuni piccoli dettagli da rivedere

Il condizionatore lo gestisce la reception, far pagare anche una bottiglietta di acqua per un hotel 3 stelle mi sembra esagerato, solitamente nelle camere degli alberghi almeno l’acqua viene offerta al cliente
