Gran hotel, gran servicio
Pros:

Maravilloso hotel. Las chicas de la recepción fantásticas, me ayudaron mucho. La situación está increíble, al lado del castillo, restaurantes. Me gustó el diseño del hotel y camas muy cómodas. Si volvemos a Ferrara, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Comodidad camas, el servicio muy amable, sitio de desayuno pequeño pero bueno!

Good for a quick transitional stay but nothing else.
Pros:

We needed a quick same day overnight stay and booked with them. Keyless self check in.

Cons:

This place is rather a transition point than a “stay”.
No atmosphere. Romantics > avoid :)
