Cons:

Нет парковки,девушка на ресепшн не потрудилась даже решить этот вопрос. Машину поставили в 3км от отеля.Душ плохо убран.Кофе в отеле нет.И это-Италия😗

Very disappointing stay, far from 4-star standards and in urgent need of renovation.

Cons:

Far from a 4-star standard. Shower not usable (broken/missing control) and no real assistance provided.
Continuous noise all night – impossible to sleep.
The hotel clearly requires urgent renovation; in its current state it feels closer to a 1-star property.

Hotel molto comodo situato in pieno centro città
Pros:

Posizione dell'Hotel in pieno centro storico. Nel mio pernottamento non era compresa la colazione pertanto non posso fare nessna valutazione. Camera grande, pulita e silenziosa. Staff gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

La camera era pronta solo alle 15:00 come nella regola dell'Hotel. Di solito in altri hotel le trovo pronte dalle 14:00 e spesso anche prima. Trovo che l'orario della camera disponibile, inizio pomeriggio, sia troppo tardi.

Pros:

Posizione, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, camera singola ampia, buona biancheria da bagno, termostato regolabile, pulizia accurata, ascensore, wifi buono, pantofole. Kit da bagno essenziale.

Cons:

La colazione manca, per me non è un problema, c'è anche un bar accanto che apre presto al mattino.
