Un po’ più di strategia per eviatre uno scivolone d’immagine
Pros:

La struttura è in fase di rinnovamento. Esternamente si presenta bene e ha un bel impatto. La hall è accogliente anche se un po’ impersonale. Il personale gentile ma molto formale

Cons:

Le camere che ci hanno assegnato erano ancora vecchie e con la moquette…. Non abbiamo capito per quale motivo ci abbiamo assegnato le camere al terzo piano non rinnovate. Quando si arriva al terzo piano la sensazione è proprio triste perché da un lato vi sono la camere nuove con porte moderne e dall’altro porte vecchie con la moquette che esce da sotto la porta …. Ci siamo sentiti clienti di serie B…. Non è stata una bella presentazione ! Non bisognerebbe neanche aprire un piano in quelle condizioni ! Inoltre con carrelli che ingombravano il passaggio e manutentori al lavoro ….
Avrei potuto capire se la struttura fosse stata al completo ma non quando c’è la possibilità di fare fin da subito una buona impressione soprattutto con clienti nuovi.
Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza e con un supplemento ci hanno accontentato.
Peccato !

Location was excellent and we had a nice view of the beach from our room.
Breakfast spread was nice

Cons:

The wifi was awful 😖
The shower cubicle was very tiny, definitely cannot accommodate a plus sized person.
