Een echte aanrader aan de Adriatische kust!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede service en heerlijke keuken. Uitstekende ligging tov strand en de winkelstraten.

Cons:

Niets, al meedere keren geweest. Voelt iedere keer weer als thuiskomen.

Pros:

Accoglienza e gentilezza verso i clienti veramente elevata. Hotel pulitissimo e moderno. Ottimo e piacevole il servizio SPA, colazione abbondante e in linea con gli hotel della medesima categoria.

Une suggestion pour le restaurant : sur le plateau de fromage il serait intéressant pour les vacanciers d’avoir le nom du fromage et si il est fait avec du lait de vache, chèvre…..

Ci è piaciuta tantissimo l’accoglienza: fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti davvero super graditi e coccolati. Abbiamo apprezzato molto gli aperitivi, l’intrattenimento e soprattutto la cordialità e disponibilità di tutto lo staff

Mi hanno dato sbarra per il letto

Cons:

Non adatto a famiglie con bimbi piccoli
- no rampa per salire sulle scale (e nessuno che aiuta)
- un unico ascensore per 5 piani che era sempre occupato (e col passeggino è un problema)
- il maitre di sala che alla mia richiesta educata se potevano fare un hamburger di vitello per la bimba mi ha risposto: " me l'hanno già chiesto oggi, non siamo un family hotel!!!!! Non lo facciamo" e va bene che non lo fate, calmati e dimmelo serenamente
- doccia davvero piccola

Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto i pasti, avendo fatto pensione completa io e la mia compagna abbiamo mangiato un po' di tutto con qualità e quantità eccellenti.

Dal nostro punto di vista la posizione è ottima dato che non eravamo interessati alla confusione del centro di Riccione, che comunque non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungerlo anche a piedi.

La nostra camera era al quinto piano e la vista era bellissima.

Le camere ci sono sembrate molto pulite e la pulizia giornaliera viene svolta perfettamente.

Infine abbiamo utilizzato la Spa in esclusiva con un percorso completo e rilassante in cui siamo stati benissimo.

Cons:

L'hotel è molto frequentato quindi la confusione in sala da pranzo / piscina c'è quasi sempre.
Ma è agosto per cui non è strano, saremmo curiosi di provare in un altro periodo.

Sentivamo spesso rumori provenienti dalle altre camere quindi si potrebbe lavorare sull'insonorizzazione delle camere.
