- valore aggiunto l'ottima cucina e il personale di sala simpatico e disponibile.

Grande attenzione al cliente, abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed utilizzato per due volte la piscina, in una giornata particolarmente calda ci hanno offerto salviette rinfrescanti e ghiaccioli, compresa la possibilità di fare merenda senza costi aggiuntivi (con quello che probabilmente è rimasto della colazione), soluzione decisamente ottima in quanto si evita lo spreco di cibo e da quel qualcosa in più che ti fa sentire coccolato. Personale molto gentile e sorridente.
Colazione discreta nella quantità , buona nella qualità.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. The food was 5 star. The staff are fantastic. Nothing was a problem for them and they made our stay very memorable in Riccione. We will definitely be back.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel con la mia famiglia per 4 notti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è moderna, accogliente e ben curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera era, pulita e confortevole, ideale anche per un soggiorno in famiglia. Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Riccione. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia, adatta sia agli adulti che ai bambini. Un plauso particolare va a tutto il personale, sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Cons:

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Se proprio si vuole individuare un piccolo margine di miglioramento, negli orari di punta la sala colazione può risultare un po' affollata. Per il resto, tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative.

Beautiful hotel, lovely facilities, GREAT food, and AMAZING staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing, Flavio and some other (who I can't remember the name) were super helpful, friendly, and made sure to talk t me at meal times given I was on my own. They made me feel very welcome overall.

Cons:

The corridors were a little noisy, luckily I had earplugs so could put them in when going to bed. So not a major issue for me. The sunshine in the hotel and shade made me feel like I was playing musical chairs to get in the sun in the afternoons! Luckily, the hotel pool was relatively quiet, but I would have been frustrated if it was busy and I'd had to spend hours in the shade unwillingly

Cons:

Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate quindi, in particolar modo al mattino, si sentivano i rumori che provenivano dalle varie stanze e dall’esterno. Peccato.
