Schön gelegen, Service mittelmäßig und teuer
Pros:

Die Lage war direkt (über die Promenade) am Strand. Das Hotel teilt sich den Strand mit umliegenden Hotels.
Ansonsten konnte man an der Promenade in alle Richtungen laufen für Shopping & Essen.
Junges Hotelpersonal (Rezeption & Frühstück) sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der sogenannte Privatstrand war auch für Hotelgäste mit allen Möglichkeiten kostenpflichtig. Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Handtüchern kosten für zwei Personen 49€-65€ pro Tag je nach Reihe am Strand. Dafür darf (!) man dann auch dort duschen und in den Hotelpool gehen, der sehr klein ist und täglich 13-14 Uhr geschlossen ist.
Zudem das ältere Hotelpersonal beim Frühstück wenig zuvorkommend und arrogant. Die Jugend arbeitet, die älteren Herren verwalten. Ausländische Gäste werden mit weniger Vorliebe behandelt.
Frühstücksauswahl auch eher dürftig - aufgefüllt wird wenig bis kaum, Auswahl in Summe einem Hotel in der Preisklasse nicht würdig.

La posizione è ottima.. il personale è cortese e disponibile!
La terrazza al settimo piano è davvero bella con una lounge bar e ristorante che però non dipende dall'hotel.
La colazione offre vari prodotti in una sala aperta sul lungomare.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo la camera non corrispondeva alla Superior con vista mare laterale prenotata e pagata già per metà....decisamente piccola e buia!
Il giorno dopo , su mia richiesta,ci hanno assegnato una camera al 5°piano decisamente megliore.

le petit déjeuner, à mon gout il manque du pain frais. De plus au repas du soir mon mari a bu 3 verres de vin rouge et on nous a facturé une bouteille complète, idem avec la bouteille d'eau. J estime qu'ils auraient pu nous avertir, et nous aurions pris les bouteilles dans notre chambre.

Communicatie is een vak!

Locatie en vriendelijkheid grotendeel personeel.

Cons:

Kamers niet erg groot maar oké. De badkamer was echter zo klein dat je bijna omgekeerd op de wc moest zitten. Wastafel zo laag dat alles nat werd.
Communicatie kan beter in alle opzichten.
