Le piscine sono molto piacevoli e ben tenute.

​Un soggiorno con luci e ombre, rovinato purtroppo dall'atteggiamento scortese della reception e da una gestione dei problemi del tutto non professionale.Abbiamo regolarmente pagato il parcheggio custodito esterno ma adiacente alla struttura. La sera siamo usciti in macchina per andare a cena e, al nostro rientro, il posto auto che avevamo pagato era stato riassegnato a un altro ospite. Il custode del parcheggio ci ha spiegato che si è trattato di una negligenza dell'hotel (che dovrebbe gestire e monitorare la reale disponibilità dei posti vendibili).
​ Segnalato l'accaduto la sera stessa al portiere di notte, ci è stato detto di parlarne la mattina seguente al ricevimento. Quando abbiamo fatto presente l'increscioso disservizio, la receptionist ha scaricato la colpa sui custodi invece di scusarsi.
​Assenza totale di cura del cliente in quanto a
lla nostra richiesta di poter utilizzare gratuitamente il parcheggio per quella giornata come forma di cortesia per il disagio subito, ha risposto con un "assolutamente no", aggiungendo in modo del tutto inopportuno che se qualcun altro dello staff ci avesse parlato di rimborsi, "ce li avrebbe dovuti mettere lui di tasca sua".
​Non si fa mai questione per il costo in sé, ma per l'educazione, la correttezza e la reale cura dell'ospite. Un vero peccato, perché la struttura meriterebbe molto, ma un'accoglienza di questo tipo vanifica il lavoro di tutto il resto dello staff. Per colpa di questo atteggiamento sicuramente per il prossimo soggiorno non sceglieremo più questo Hotel.

I would stay here again.

Cons:

l'hotel è sostanzialmente un hotel 3 stelle che ha effettuato alcuni miglioramenti per diventare un 4 stelle ma non è arrivato a quel livello.
i servizi di ristorazione sono strutturati per dare da mangiare a molta gente in un breve periodo di tempo (1 ora).

Eine Top Lage, mit den zugebuchten Liegen am Strand gab es keine Probleme und am Strand war es sooo ruhig obwohl wir in einer Woche waren in der sehr viel los ist. Das Essen war super und alles verlief völlig unkompliziert, sehr freundliches Personal

Location close to the Aquarium, comfortable bed

Smelly corridors, staff not kind, parking that I asked to reserve was not available, room very small, no luggage porter and no parking for the car in front. Breakfast of low quality
