Pros:

W hotelu znajdowały się baseny, blisko było do plaży oraz ulicy handlowej. Pokoje czyste, wygodne, codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania były różnorodne, zarówno na słodko jak i na słono każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel zapewniał dostęp do parkingu.

Deludente… solitamente in riviera romagnola sono famosi per i servizi , questo posto però è stato veramente triste non degno di 4 stelle !!! Appena arrivata in stanza nel letto aggiuntivo per il mio bimbo , ho trovato le lenzuola non cambiate , il copriletto o piumino cosa voleva essere sporco , tant’è che sono scesa nella reception ( perché in un hotel di 4 stelle il telefono in stanza non funzionava ) per chiedere di rimediare assolutamente allo schifo . Il bagno che dire … pieno di aloni nelle superfici di acciaio , in vetro della doccia uguale …la colazione ridicola , mosche nel cibo , sporcizia sui seggioloni dei bambini , cibo scarso e di pessima qualità ..insomma tutto da rivedere in questo posto …. Poi ciliegina sulla torta , parcheggio del hotel a pagamento 15€ al giorno …speculazione su tutto mi viene da dire .
Pessimo posto !!!!!

Im großen und ganzen zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück,Zimmer ok,Personal teils sehr freundlich, teils mürrisch.

Cons:

Manche Renovierungsarbeiten könnten vorgenommen werden.ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen,Ausgang aus Badezimmer leider mit Stufe,für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung schwierig.Ansonsten rundum zufrieden.

Мы много путешествуем. Но, пожалуй, это худшая гостиница « четыре звезды».
Pros:

Гостиница совершенно не соответствует заявленным 4-м звёздам. Возможно для 1980 это соответствовало бы четырём звёздам. Сейчас больше 2 - х звёзд я бы не поставил.

Cons:

Персонал не приветлив, в основном угрюмые недовольные лица. Номер грязный, стены с чёрным налётом, батарея с ржавчиной, вытяжка в пыли , душевая кабина вся в плесени. Уборка номера производилась совершенно не качественно. В заявленных четырёх звездах элементарно не обеспечили бутылкой воды, не говоря о том что должны быть тапки , шампуни , одноразовые зубные щётки.
