Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und eignet sich bestens für einen Städteaufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und funktional. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für das Auto kann man entweder einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz für EUR 30 buchen, muss dann aber in die Innenstadt fahren. Alternativ gibt es ein sehr grosses Parking ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt. Parcheggio del Centro, 12 EUR pro 24 Stunden.

Nella hall come si entra si sente puzza di umido come nell’ascensore. Le stanze molto rumorose. Si è continuamente disturbati dalle camere vicine per rumore di scarico del bagno, acqua che scorre , rumori vari probabilmente per le pareti molto sottili. La camera accanto all ‘ascensore rumorosissima … e per ultimo ma non ultimo di importanza… ho dimenticato un dolce che avevo ricevuto in regalo. Dimenticato appoggiato sul letto. Era confezionato in una scatola. Ho chiamato l’albergo dopo qualche ora avvertendo che sarebbe passata una persona a ritirarlo ma la signora delle pulizie riferisce che la scatola non era sul letto ma appoggiata sul cestino della spazzatura e in più la scatola, sempre secondo la signora, era vuota. La domanda sorge spontanea…. Era un dolce … e se fosse stato altro? Molto delusa.

Peccato per la sveglia forzata alle 5,30!

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro, hotel con camere grandi e pulite, letto abbastanza comodo e grande, arredamento piacevole, personale disponibile e sorridente, colazione continentale ma abbastanza completa

Cons:

Premetto che eravamo al primo piano (camera 101) e non so se questo abbia influito, ma la camera era molto rumorosa: alle 5,30 hanno iniziato a sbattere porte e spostare non so cosa, fatto sta che ci ha svegliati tutti, ma si sentivano anche molto i rumori dei vicini di stanza e del passaggio esterno; il bagno era davvero microscopico, con una doccia tanto stretta che non ci si poteva chinare per lavarsi i piedi (ed io sono di corporatura normale e abbastanza atletico), inoltre la posizione richiede che si utilizzi anche il garage per l’auto in quanto i parcheggi sono difficili da trovare ed il costo di € 30/giorno è davvero eccessivo, oltretutto il garage è vicino ma con un portone d’accesso stretto che richiede attenzione e perizia. Il costo per tutto ciò, considerando che era anche un’offerta, mi pare troppo caro.

Personale gentilissimo e posizione in pieno centro.. tutto ottimo!! Le stanze non hanno uno stile moderno ma tutto rispecchia quanto descritto. Consigliato sia per la pulizia sia per il silenzio!
