Le parking permet d'accueillir les voyageurs en voiture. L'établissement est très charmant et la décoration est magnifique.

Escapade à Parme
Pros:

L'hôtel était très bien situé en face d'un parc qu'il fallait traverser pour rejoindre le centre ville en 10 minutes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et nous avons été bien accueillis. La chambre était joliment décorée avec tout le nécessaire pour s'y sentir confortable. Le parking privé dans la cour intérieure pour 10 euros par jour est un plus notable pour un hôtel en ville. Les chiens sont également très bien accueilli dans cet hôtel : coussin et écuelles installés dans la chambre à notre arrivée.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route très fréquentée et notre chambre donnait sur cette route. Elle était donc très bruyante lorsqu'on ouvrait les fenêtres, à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Pourtant, la chambre était équipée de deux fenêtres à triple vitrage qui coupaient le bruit de la route lorsqu'elles étaient fermées, nous laissant alors dans une sensation d'enfermement, sans air extérieur possible ! Il faut absolument demander une chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment lors de la réservation si l'on est sensible au bruit !!! Autre remarque, il serait agréable d'avoir une bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un thé ou une tisane à volonté dans la chambre directement... cela semble un équipement de base pour un hôtel de ce standing. Au moment de l'arrivée, il serait souhaitable que le personnel insiste sur la terrasse disponible en extérieure pour profiter de cet espace librement pour s'y détendre ou y prendre un apéritif servi par l'hôtel.

Erfüllt alle Erwartungen
Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels am Park. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist auch mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen gewesen und dank neuer Fenster war es im Zimmer ruhig. Der Frühstücksraum hat begrenzten Platz, das wird aber durch den familiären Charme ausgeglichen. Nette Idee das Frühstückbuffet nach italienischer Art mit süßem Gebäck auszustatten und die Zusatzwünsche (Schinken, Käse, Eier, etc) auf Vorbestellung herzurichten.

Cons:

Für die ständig nachlaufende Toilettenspülung war am Samsatag kein Handwerker verfügbar - konnte aber mit Hilfe des engagierten Personals schnell gelöst werden. Also kein Problem.

Wir kommen wieder und haben bereits bei unsern Verwandten Werbung gemacht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war eine Sensation: köstliche Kuchen, div. Obstsäfte, Eier, Konfitüren, Käse etc. etc., was das Herz begehrt – es war einfach alles da. Und das auch noch äusserst apart präsentiert.
Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit – mit besten Tipps fürs Sightseeing und auch fürs Abendessen.
