Mi aspettavo decisamente di più
Pros:

Ottima la posizione e la possibilità di parcheggiare sia in struttura sia davanti al parco con molto posteggi. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Colazione assolutamente angosciante. Dove ti fanno scegliere loro cosa mangiare. Poca varietà buffet e servizio mediocre. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta sicuramente di piu. Non do quanto sia legale pretendere la tassa di soggiorno in contanti. Io non li avevo sono stata costretta a prelevare. Poi tassa altissima! Lo trovo assurdo

Schönes Stadthotel mit eigenem Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und wir konnten ganz Parma bequem zu Fuß durchwandern. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und der Frühstücksraum hatte ein schönes Ambiente. Unser Zimmer war im Jugendstil gehalten. Wir hatten das Gefühl aus der Zeit gefallen zu sein.

Erhohlsamer schöner Aufenthalt in einem liebenswerten kleinen historischen Hotel

Kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charm!
Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage,am Park gelegen.
Super Bett,im Bad alles vorhanden!
Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal!
Umfangreiches ,sehr gutes Frühstück!

There were options for breakfast (like scrambled eggs!) that were available upon payment. For a 4 stars hotel I would expect all options to be a available upon order and included in the price.

Disappointing for the price but the staff were very nice.
Pros:

The room was comfortable

Cons:

The decor is very dated and there was no tea, coffee or water provided in the room without being charged. Some breakfast items were charged as extras. The location is 15 minutes walk from the centre but by a nice park.

Insonorizzazione inesistente, si sentono gli altri ospiti nelle altre stanze quando vanno in bagno, o quando tirano lo sciacquone. Ho soggornato nella camera 103. Ho sentito qualsiasi cosa a cadeva al piano terra fino alle 24.00, dal parlare alla chiusura delle porte.
Sono stato svegliato alle 7.15 per il rumore di un carrello della colazione che passava in corridoio.
Colazione da B&B non di un 4 stelle. Alla sera prima bisogna scegliere cosa si vuole a colazione, e segliere tra le poche pietanze e molte sono a pagamento. Per esempio se si vogliono uova strapazzate sono 3 euro di extra. 10 euro a notte per parcheggiare un'auto nel.cortile interno e 18 per un furgoncino.
Ho pagato 250 euro + 8 tassa di soggiorno + parcheggio auto per 1 notte.
