Biancheria da letto molto sporca, preciso che ho preso dall’armadio una coperta nel cellophane…oltre al fatto che la cameriera di turno per la colazione del 04/03 in mia assenza si è rivolta a mia figlia davvero con assenza di tatto e buon senso. A causa di problemi di salute ha un’asimmetria al volto e l’inserviente le ha posto delle domande personali e private davvero inopportune, tanto che mia figlia è uscita in lacrime dall’hotel. VERGOGNOSO!!! Ho chiesto in reception di parlare con un responsabile, ma mi è stato detto che non c’era, ho chiesto di essere ricontattata, ma nessuno mi ha richiamato. A MAI PIÙ’!
