Net hotel dichtbij het centrum. Goed voor max. 2-tal dagen

Locatie was top op enkele honderd meters van het centrum, vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Steeds bereid te helpen. Parking voor de deur, spijtig genoeg betalend en er is niet echt een andere keus. Geschenkje voor ons hondje.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was miniem. De eiren zagen er niet uit, Het vriendelijke personeel kon amper volgen om de lege schotels bij te vullen. In Parma had ik wel verwacht Parma-ham te vinden bij het ontbijt. Zeer kleine lift, max 2 pers. of 1 pers. met valies

Hôtel à éviter depuis le changement de propriétaire. Arrogance garantie !
Pros:

En 2025 j'avais réservé dans cet hôtel appelé IBIS . Tout s'était très bien passé.
En septembre 2026 j'avais donc réservé à nouveau, mais le personnel a changé et tout se complique.
A la réception un jeune homme à peine courtois à qui il conviendrait d'apprendre que dans le commerce dire bonjour est un minimum et sortir les yeux de l'écran lorsqu'arrive un client. Mais le pire est qu'il refuse le client au prétexte qu'une carte d'identité Française valide en France et en Europe, n'est pas valide en Italie.
Bien entendu, il connait mieux que quiconque les lois et règlements Européens et avec arrogance se permet de refouler un client qui a réservé et déjà payé son séjour.
Futurs clients de cet hôtel soyez prudents et méfiez vous ! Il y a mieux et sans "encombres" dans la ville de Parme.

Close to historic district of Parma; parking
Pros:

Happy to have a bit of AC given the extremely hot outdoor temperature. Lobby was much cooler than our room, but we could at least sleep. 24-hour front desk and friendly staff.

Cons:

WiFi wasn't strong enough for a laptop in our room. There is no access to the parking garage through the hotel. You need to exit the hotel and walk around the building to enter the garage. The parking spots in front of the hotel provide easier access.

Für einen Kurztrip in Parma ok
Pros:

Direkt beim check in funktionierte die Zimmertür nicht. Der Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hat schnell gehandelt und es wurde schnell repariert.
Zu Fuss ist die Stadt in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Frühstück gut und dort war eine supernette Angestellte mit einem herzlichen Aufwiedersehen.
