Le petit-déjeuner est un point fort de ce séjour; Il est beaucoup mieux que la chambre
Hôtel vieillot mais tarif économique peut l'expliquer.
Water everywhere!! Everything was flooded. When we got in the room we immediately saw that there were towels on the floor put from the staff under the AC and in the bathroom to get WATER from the floor. Our whole room was constantly with water. The cleaning lady was trying to get rid of the water but after a few hours we were stepping in water once again. The bathroom was clogged and you couldn't get a decent shower, because water was once again EVERYWHERE. The option for a double bed was actually two awful beds put together with a really uncomfortable frame in between. Even after we tried stopping the AC water was still going in the room from somewhere. Absolute water hell.
Hiding gem !!! Nice cozy place beautiful area quite and plenty of food options, comfortable rooms, running by customer service oriented people, friendly and respectful, best breakfast buffet local products cakes and jelly
Excellent small hotel in easy location for restaurants and transport. Good breakfast, with coffee made to order and served personally.
Everything was very satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family so basically in our room just to sleep. It’s a very dated hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little tight. The included breakfast was not that great, not a lot of choice and the dining area was dark and uninviting, but staff was friendly. We had an early checkout, before the breakfast was available, and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us croissants and made coffee for us which was greatly appreciated.
1 cup of fresh (and okay) coffee for breakfast, and the lady we had the check-in with was friendly. Beautiful winding little roads on the way to and from the hotel.
I added a photo of the 'cappuccino' and espresso we got for breakfast (freshly made, but this is not the kind of Italian cappuccino I recognise). The second photo shows the entire breakfast menu, excluding the coffee (and some ice cream or sunday sauce bottles in another corner of the room). Breakfast was from 7 to 10, we were there 8:30 and the next day 8:00. Two days in a row, this was the offer: tablecloths with fresh and old stains on them, I think there were supposed to be eggs in the silver water-filled tray, some cooked ham that fell apart, almost empty and empty bottles and cartons of milk and juice, pre-packaged crumbs (I think they used to be toast?), old hard bread buns, some croissants, some butter/chocolate/jam. All this for I believe 10 euro per person per day. We saw the breakfast lady leaving at 9:30 (half an hour before the breakfast closed). In the end, it came down to the most expensive coffee we had on our entire trip.
The beds were very bad, one was hard and bumpy and the other was more like a hammock. The second night we arrived late, but did not find a way to enter the building without ringing the doorbell. The person on 24-hour-desk-duty was not happy we woke him (judging from his jogging pants and half-open eyes and grunts). Earlier that afternoon/early evening, there was a man smoking a cigar in de lobby, he quickly hid it when we passed by, but the scent was still there in the late night. Still, better than the dusty-rotty smell in the staircases and hallways. The smell inside the room was fine though.
There was a payed parking service where you had to leave your car key at the front desk so they could park it and then ask for them to go get your car every time you wanted to used it again. We didn't use this, since there were sufficient (free) parking spots on the streets around the hotel.
A lovely warm room with crisp white sheets and modern bathroom. I appreciated the lift.
Horrendously dangerous. Avoid and I mean it. There is no safe guarding and the disgusting Managers are unprofessional. Should close down.
Met with 2 miserable unhappy managers CN with no connection to hospitality in guest relations. So bad that they insisted by room door was a panic door when it was a broken door. Just imagine a door fixed together with pieces broken wood. Clearly have not a clue what a panic door function should be but take a good look at the photos below. And the t.v remote control . Needs to be closed down.
Helpful staff and amazing breakfast
Needs a bit of renovations , furniture's are falling apart but overall is not that bad
very cheap and great value for money, not a new hotel but I would stay here again with no problem, The staff are friendly and 1 girl spoke English, the Italian guy was great even though I don't speak Italian and he doesn't speak English we laughed and figured it out, the pizza shop close by was the best pizza i had in my life
Nice hotel and friendly staff.
24/24 reception desk.
tasty fresh products for breakfast.
Clean and good beds!
for us it was perfect for these 3 nights
Economical, clean, spacious. Good breakfast.
In a lovely location but high up.
Noisy rattling air conditioning. Free parking is limited so depends on arrival time.
Evening meal needs booking. We arrived at 8. 20 and told it was too late.
