Very good choice for Ravenna stay.
Pros:

Excellent location. Rooms are large, especially by Italian standards. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is okay - but avoid the cappuccino. There is an excellent pasticceria down the street.

Expectations exceeded and pleasantly surprised
Pros:

We arrived well before check-in, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They diligently held our luggage and promptly informed us when a room became available, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The breakfast arrangement exceeded our expectations. Additionally, everything we needed was conveniently located within walking distance.

L'unica nota positiva era la posizione, molto centrale, a due passi dalla chiesa di San Vitale e dal mercato coperto e lo staff alla reception è sempre stato cortese e disponibile

Cons:

Purtroppo era un 4 stelle non meritate sia per la colazione che era veramente scarsa e di poca qualità, sia per la camera vecchio stile, con condizionatore che non ha funzionato, letto scomodo e un bagno piccolo senza spazio per appoggiare nulla; in particolare un lavandino quadrato, piccolo e scomodissimo dove era difficile anche solo lavarsi la faccia. Mancante di un set da bagno adeguato per un 4 stelle (solo tre bottigliette di bagnoschiuma e 2 saponette) dove si sono anche dimenticati un giorno di rimettere gli asciugami puliti.

Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful (setting up the running machine for me). Excellent breakfast and lovely lady. So clean. Loved the balcony for a little sun bathing. Didn’t see the garden until almost my last day.

Cons:

Having to exercise in a conference room was a little odd, but grateful that it was there as it was too hot to run outside in 36° degrees.
