Lovely room, centrally located near good bars and restaurants, lovely concierge. Great service.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, not bad and not great. It was fine. Everything else was above average. The room was spotless, the bathroom was perfect. The staff were lovely and helped us book a transfer to the Ship for our cruise.

Cons:

Breakfast, but it was adequate. and value for money for the price of the room.

Posizione ottima per muoversi in centro e raggiungere i monumenti. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione non il top...direi normale. C è da lavorare sulla professionalità del team di sala colazione.

Cons:

Doccia molto molto piccola e bagno anche.
In alcune stanze presente la vasca con doccia non proprio agevole per chi ha problemi.

Il materasso del letto e il copriletto, avrei preferito un copripiumino bianco come le lenzuola. Dallo scarico della vasca arrivava un odore sgradevole e il soffione della doccia non stava in posizione.

Okay for one night
Pros:

Continental breakfast choice was very good; some hot food available. Location in Ravenna is excellent. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The room was small and had a very basic appearance, more akin to a 3 star. The bedside table is a tiny, very cheap looking table. The window 'blind' is a wooden 'door' that is pulled across the window. There are no net curtains, despite the room being directly overlooked. If the 'door' is pulled across, you are in darkness. If open for light, people opposite can see in.
We asked for a kettle and cups, one cup was unwashed.
Hotel adequate for a one night stay.

Pros:

Niet al te groot hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt. Vlakbij het oude gerestaureerde centrum. Het holt is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

Werkelijk niets.
