Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Kleines,schönes und sauberes Hoten,Parkplätze findet man immer entweder am Hotel oder in der Nähe auf der Strasse
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit 3 oder 4 Sorten Obst

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist v. 7-10.30h ,um 8.30h waren die Brötchen alle,als wir gebeten haben es nachzulegen,hat die Bedienung gemeint,sie sind allle...um 8.30h!!!!
Genauso war es mit salami und Obst.

Das Zimmermädchen
(etwas älter,kräftig,mit dunklem,langem Haar)
war sooo unfreundlich,am letzten Tag hat sie das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt da sie schon ein stock höher war..

Wir haben,keine Ahnung warum ein Behindertengerechten Zimmer bekommen,im Bad haben Regale gefehlt wo man die Sachen hinstellen könnte

Das Bett war bequem aber sehr klein,ich denke 1.40×2.00m

Okay hotel for a one night stay.
Pros:

Location was good and there’s parking.

Cons:

We booked a comfort room but upon arrival noticed that our room was very small compared to the ones our friends booked (same booking, same price) we told this to the lady at the reception and she completely ignored our issue by saying that the services were the same. Our room was smaller than a normal double room! The next morning she never got back to us…very unfriendly communication and no skill to come to an agreement with the client. Won’t be coming to this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel was in walking distance to main sites. A little further from the train station than we anticipated, but doable. Breakfast had many choices and was good. Bed was good. Room large for European standards. Close to good grocery. Staff responded promptly to questions before we came about transfers to the port. Helpful when we got there too.

Buena experiencia en Ravenna, perfecto para descansar y ver la ciudad.
Pros:

Personal muy amable, desde recepción hasta cafetería.
Habitación de buen tamaño, comoda y un baño bien equipado, con buena ducha y limpio.
Desayuno variado y con calidad. Todo estaba fresco y rico. Zumo recién hecho y café de buena calidad.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido por la noche.
Y en la habitaciones de la planta de abajo se escucha algo mas de ruido por las mañanas por estar mas cerca de la cafetería. Pero una cosa llevadera.
