Definitely a great experience!
Pros:

The building is of historical value, therefore being there was an experience per se. The breakfast was good, the staff was polite and hard working. The room was basically a large apartment and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staircase to our room (rooftop) was not the most comfortable, but this has to do with the fact that the building is 5 centuries old. So, no big deal, to be honest!

Lage gut, Personal nett, leider in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Lage, generell schönes altes Gebäude, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen einzigen TV-Sender auf Deutsch oder Englisch obwohl es sicher circa 40 TV-Sender hat. Für ein 4 Sternhaus nicht akzeptabel. Auch wenn der Palazzo-Bau seinen Charme hat, könnte man das Hotel stylischer gestalten ohne die Authenzitität zu verlieren.
