Pros:

Personale cortese e disponibile, stanza pulita. Struttura ben collegata all'Inalpi Arena che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. L'aria condizionata e l'acqua calda funzionavano regolarmente

Great value, amazing breakfast, and wonderful staff! I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptionally kind and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. Another major highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely superb and definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Considering the high level of comfort and service, it offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

The only minor downsides was that I would have preferred a location closer to the city center, but that is just a personal preference and not the hotel's fault.

A ne pas recommander, honnêtement.
Pros:

Emplacement, quartier très tranquille.

Cons:

Personne à la réception après 22 h trois jours sur 5. Système de code pour entrer, OK mais mais ils demandent à quelle heure on arrive et il n'y a personne. Salle de bain minuscule, rien pour accrocher les essuies, rouille sur le radiateur, une tache bizarre sur la porte, taches sur les murs de la chambre. Demandent les photos des documents d'identité par whatsapp (puisque personne à l'accueil!!!), et réclament des taxes touristiques qui n'étaient pas mentionnées.
