Excellent Location

The location excellent
The staff (very friendly)

Cons:

The towels are a bit old, the remote control didn't really work (we asked for a replacement remote control and they didn't have it, nor would they change the batteries), the shower head was leaking, we asked for it to be replaced and they did.
Overall an outdated hotel but it has the advantage of a very good location.

Posizione fantastica, 5 minuti a piedi da tutte le più importanti attrazioni. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio interno anche se a pagamento.

Nous recommandons cet établissement
Pros:

Petit hôtel très proche du palais Royal et du musée Égyptien. 2 étages sans ascenseur mais cela n’est pas gênant, chambre petite mais très bonne literie.
Bien insonorisé car il y avait un grand concert sur la place et nous n’avons rien entendu. Petit déjeuner suffisant et possibilité de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel. En conclusion très bon choix pour visiter Turin. En plus le personnel est très sympa.
