Das schlechte Zimmer und das Personal überschatete unser Aufenthalt im schönen Turin.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lage ist gut und das Frühstück war ok.

Sehr unfreundliches und arrogantes Personal an der Rezeption.
Bei der Ankunft wurde nicht einmal gegrüßt. Der Rezeptionist fand unsere Buchung nicht, weil er nach dem Vor- statt dem Nachnamen suchte. Trotz Vorzeigen der Buchungsbestätigung fragte er mehrmals frech nach, wann ich gebucht hätte. Als er seinen Fehler bemerkte, gab es keine Entschuldigung. Beim Check-out gab es weder ein „Danke“ noch ein „Auf Wiedersehen“.
Ich habe vor der Anreise zweimal per E-Mail nach Parkhäusern in der Nähe gefragt. Beide Antworten enthielten keine konkreten Angaben – stattdessen wurde nur betont, dass man für uns einen Parkplatz für 20 € gehabt hätte, wenn wir direkt und nicht über Booking.com gebucht hätten. Ich habe dann selbst das bewachte Parkhaus Galileo Ferraris in der Nähe für 18 € / 24h gefunden.
Das zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht der gebuchten und im Voraus bezahlten Kategorie: unangenehmer Geruch, sehr einfache Einrichtung, extrem kleines Bad und keine Klimaanlage. Als ich das der Rezeptionistin mitteilte, wollte sie für das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer 10 € Aufpreis verlangen – zudem sei es erst am Abend bezugsbereit.
Das Zimmer im 1. Stock war extrem laut (Gartenrestaurant unter dem Fenster mit Feiern bis tief in die Nacht, Tramverkehr bis 2 Uhr morgens) und wurde durch die Straßenlaterne stark erleuchtet.

Pros:

Tube problemas en el hotel, n9s entraron a robar, cuando estamos dormidos, menos mal que mi marido oyó un ruido, y nos despertamos cuando estaba entrando un hombre, cuando dijimos ladrones, salió corriendo dejando la puerta abierta, habría con llave, llame a recepción, y me dicen que es imposible por que solo tiene una llave por habitación y esa la tenía yo con lo cual que no les cuente royos, yo mes dije que no me creo que solo haya una llave, y siguen diciéndome que si, que seguramente yo deje la llave puerta por fuera , me comentaron que no había cámaras por los pasillos, pero un si tenían en recepción y se negaron a mirar, por que siguen diciendo que es posible, les comenté que iba a poner malas reservas y ir a la policía, y empezaron con carcajadas, aso que pasamos malos días, no lo recomiendo ni borracho, gracias

Os atendentes foram bem educados, a localização é excelente.O restaurante ao lado é maravilhoso e os funcionários excelentes
Pedimos para trocar de quarto e fomos atendidos.Cama de bom tamanho.

Great location but limited help for tourist information
Pros:

Unique and beautiful. Breakfast and dinner in the downstairs was amazing. Little market around the corner served us well too. Total area was full of life and the Food Festival
was taking place bringing in people hundreds if not thousands of people and visitors.

Cons:

It was the first time being there in Torino and had reservations to take a bus to Aosta and no one could help us in which bus to take. One we found out the bus was gone for the day. Maybe in your hotel put some information about sites to see from Torino especially to go to Aosta. No one at the reception desk could help us. 😔

Alcune cose da migliorare!!
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. La stanza ampia e ben arredata. Unica pecca i sanitari, assai strani nel design ma poco importa.

Cons:

Non ho gradito che non abbiano risposto a due email relative alla colazione (intolleranze alimentri etc) e quando ho chiamato per capire come mai mi hanno chiaramente detto che avendo prenotato tramite booking non mi avrebbero risposto. Rispondono solo a chi ha prenotato direttamente con loro. Non mi era mai accaduto. La sala colazione molto molto tortuosa nei percorsi, cibo non identificato con apposite etichette, poco personale che non riesce a stare dietro al da farsi.
