Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia delle camere e una buona colazione

Cons:

La mancanza di aria condizionata nella mia camera economy, ammetto di non aver letto attentamente i servizi della camera ma è inconcepibile che ad oggi, qualsiasi categoria di camera, sia sprovvista del condizionamento. Al suo posto c'era un ventilatore a soffitto, sembrava di essere in un forno ventilato.

C’était juste génial.
Pros:

Tout, la localisation était parfaite, le personnel très gentil, les chambres toujours très propres. Malgré les fortes chaleurs la chambre était très bien isolée donc nous n’avions pas du tout chaud, en bref, je recommande !!!

Unfriendly hotel in the best location.
Pros:

My room looked like a cell with an uncomfortable narrow bed. Air conditioning was so weak that it couldn’t be felt.
But the worst was the staff of the hotel. I needed an electric adapter from Italian antiquated standard to European standard. The receptionist suggested to
Go and to look for one in a supermarket.
Next day. I asked the sand receptionist not to switch off the air conditioner - she told me that if it is switched off the will switch it on at about 3 pm. When I returned to the hotel at 6 pm - the room was hot as an oven. The sand woman cool lied that she had never promised anything. I promised to describe it all in a review. The receptionist said - we couldn’t care less.
Usually, at her star -hotel offers a free bottle of water on the first day. Not here, here one has to pay for it.
The amenities consist of a small soap bar and a small plastic bag with enough soap to wash once.
I would not advise to stay in this hotel especially in summer.

Posizione, comodità letto. Pulizia

Cons:

Wi-Fi al III piano pessimo; in sala colazione invece molto buono: suggerisco dei ripetitori anche perchè il wifi serve molto di più in camera
Cordialità del personale al desk migliorabile: magari sorridere un pò ed essere un pò più gentili non sarebbe male
Colazione "basica" non rifornita al termine del turno: se si arriva tardi si trova solo quello che gli altri hanno lasciato

Cheap but not a good choose for a pleasure stay
Pros:

The guy on reception when i did the check in was a little rough with me. Also, they don't have iron avaliable for guests. The breakfast was not bad but simple.

Cons:

I would have liked to know in advance that the hotel
don't have iron available, in an long overseas travel obviously i need to iron my shirts
