Very friendly staff

Cons:

The common areas were incredibly hot, I can only imagine what their heating bull must be like.
They kept turning on the heating in my room too, even though I had turned it off to stop it from being so boiling
The scrambled eggs at the breakfast were of rather poor quality, probably made from egg powder

La camera è abbastanza spaziosa ed i letti comodi. Pulizia nella media.

Cons:

Non avevano messo gli asciugamani e li abbiamo dovuti chiedere noi. Il problema grosso è che non puoi gestire autonomamente la temperatura ed in camera c'erano 25 gradi. Un caldo infernale e con le finestre aperte c'era troppo rumore. Non abbiamo chiuso occhio e la ragazza in reception è stata davvero sgarbata quando le ho esposto il problema. Non ci torneremo.

Чистый комфортный номер, просторный по сравнению с другими номерами этой отельной сети.
Вкусный завтрак, но достаточно однообразный.
Приятным сюрпризом был один бесплатный завтрак за регистрацию в качестве члена сети отелей b&b

Cons:

Рядом с отелем проходит ремонт дороги. В номере фен работал 30 секунд и выключиался от перегрева. Чтобы высушить голову понадобилось много времени.

Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We like it a lot, it has parking, and the reception staff is very kind. It is quite well located; you can reach the city center on foot after a 20-25 minute walk. There is a large shopping center and other stores nearby.

Cons:

What bothered me was that the cleaning lady took our pajamas, which were nicely placed under the pillow so they wouldn’t bother her, and threw them on the floor, where we found them. I understand that she wanted to make the bed, but please don’t throw our pajamas on the floor and leave them there. After all, they are the clothes we were going to sleep in the next night as well.

Ottimo rapporto costi/benefici
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente e funzionale, ma più orientata a clienti "business" che a famiglie. Il letto era molto comodo. Ottima la Smart TV con funzione di "mirroring" dello schermo del cellulare.

Cons:

La doccia era un po' piccola e non ho capito come attivare il soffione basso (solo quello in alto mandava Acqua). La posizione del bidet era un po' scomoda da usare, non ergonomica. Il servizio di TV via internet talvolta era insufficiente e le immagini degradavano fino a bloccarsi.
