Le petit déjeuner pas mal.

Cons:

Le coin n était pas chouette. Faisait même peur la nuit. On entend la rue. La douche pas moyen de régler l eau pour savoir où elle sort. Chauffage ne marche pas.

Accoglienza dello staff, aspettare che l’ospite ha finito di parlare prima di rispondere. Arrivati alle 13 circa in struttura con check-in alle 14. Volevo solamente chiedere se la camera fosse pronta e nel caso contrario un deposito per bagagli ma appena finito di dire “Buongiorno, so che il check-in è alle 14” subito la receptionist mi dice che siamo gli undicesimi ospiti che son arrivati presto e che vogliono fare check-in. Non è il massimo come prima impressione (Al massimo i commenti si fanno nel backoffice o una volta che gli ospiti son andati via - consiglio da un collega che fa lo stesso mestiere).

Hotel muito agradável, com o essencial para um grupo de 8 pessoas!!

Ambiente tranquilo!
Simpatia do funcionário da noite, até falava português!

Cons:

A localização, um pouco distante do centro.
Muitas obras a volta do hotel e os restaurantes perto não são muito recomendadios!
