My visit to Italy was very important to us.
Pros:

Very accessible, nice and clean.

Cons:

The receptionist that checked us in and checked us out was very rude and I think that he could’ve welcome us better.

I felt embarrassed in front of my to be husband because it was the first time for me coming to Italy, but that would not stop me from visiting hotel Londra again, again
The other stuff was lovely. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. On the night we checked in the lady that he spoke to on the phone. I want to say thank you to her.
