Uma grata surpresa em Asti pela qualidade das instalações e do impecável atendimento dos anfitriões.
Pros:

Ficamos encantados com o tratamento da Caterina e do Andrea, proprietários do hotel. Eles são muito atenciosos e se esforçam para dar atendimento personalizado aos seus hóspedes. O café da manhã é um espetáculo a parte. Toda patisserie é feita no próprio local (pães, bolos, tortas). Não economizam nos itens que disponibilizam a seus hóspedes: iogurtes tipo greco em geladeira própria e pote de vidro, embalagens de Nutella individuais, máquina de suco de laranja automatizada (só colocar as laranjas dentro), muitos presuntos, muitos queijos. Tudo com grande variedade, qualidade e sofisticação. E com Caterina e sua equipe se oferecendo para levar o café que se desejasse à mesa, ou qualquer outro pedido especial. Éramos um grupo de 11 e, durante o check in, ao ver que estávamos com dificuldade em distribuir o grupo nos 4 quartos reservados, propôs trocar um deles, maior, por 2 menores, sem alteração de custos. Enfim, eles estão de parabéns. Quartos impecáveis, amenidades idem, estacionamento próprio e gratuito. Foi eleito o melhor hotel das nossas férias (usamos 4 deles).

Cons:

Eles só têm um elevador, basicamente para as malas, que é pequeno e vagaroso. Mas que não atrapalhou em nada nossa estada, já que ficamos todos no 1º andar.
