Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf dem See
Schöne Liegewiese direkt am Wasser
Personal sehr freundlich
Frühstück war gut, (Rührei kostet aber extra)
Parken direkt am Hotel (kostet aber extra)

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr klein
Ein Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre gut

De ligging aan het meer was fantastisch, vanuit de kamer niets anders dan het meer te zien.
Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer was mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Jammer dat je niet kunt lopen naar Baveno. Gelukkig wel de andere kant op langs het meer. Anders moet je altijd met de auto om wat te gaan eten.

Personne a l'accueil lors de notre arrivée
Chambre plus que sommaire
Salle de bain minuscul ou vous pouvez vous laver les mains en étant au toilette
Petit déjeuner a la hauteur de chambre et de l'accueil, plus que sommaire, un peu de salé mais pas de brioche, pancake madeleine ou autre condiment sucrée
Tout ca pour une somme exorbitante ou on s'attend a beaucoup mieux. Plus de 200€ la nuit pour deux.
Faites plutôt quelque kilomètres de plus et vous trouverez des hôtels bien meilleur au meme prix.

The staff was great and helpful and spoke various languages.
The location and room with a view.

Cons:

Breakfast starting at 8 only… a little late for business trips. But we could start earlier.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Tout était très bien, le personnel est adorable, l hôtel propre et lumineux, tres bien situé au bord du lac.
Le restaurant a vu sur le lac et propose de la cuisine locale faite maison et raffinée.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
