Pros:

Excellente situation géographique, en face de lac, en centre ville, près de tout. Personnel sourient qui parle français, surtout la fille en service de petit déjeuner. Hotel très propre. Coussins supplémentaires dans la chambre, ainsi qu’une couverture. Si on veut visiter les îles, les billets à prix réduits sont disponibles à la réception.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement. Faut s’attendre à du bruit, vu l’emplacement du hôtel. Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais avec des bons croissants et très bon café.

Zimmer hat seinen Zweck erfüllt aber deutlich überteuert und ohne Balkon
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, direkt am Rande der Altstadt und des Sees. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang (Besitzer?) ist eher unfreundlich und unhöflich, eine freundliche Begrüßung und guter Service sollte möglich sein. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon sondern eins der Zimmer in den Innenhof in dem sehr viele Schwalben direkt am Fenster nisten - es war sehr laut und die Fensterläden konnten deshalb nicht geöffnet werden. Besonders eklig waren die Ameisen die durch den Boden und Nischen an den Wänden reinkamen, das darf nicht sein. Renovierungsbedarf vorhanden.

Nettes Hotel in super Lage, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Nettes, älteres Hotel ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Zimmer sind schlicht, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber Viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Öffentlicher Parkplatz gegenüber. In der wunderschönen Altstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten. Anlegestelle für Boots-und Schiffsfahrten ist über der Straße gegenüber. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, es hat alles gesstimmt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Agréable séjour riche en visites notamment des iles.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellant étant donné qu'il est en face du lac avec petite séparation par les arbres du parking.
Le déjeuner était tout simplement continental.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien que se trouvant au premier étage possédait 3 balcons bien agréables.

Cons:

Quelques fruits supplémentaires au petit déjeuner ainsi que d'avoir la possibilité de prendre des œufs préparés type miroir

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig, und der Kuchen war einfach himmlisch.
Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, nur wenige Minuten vom Schiffsanleger entfernt.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Das ist leider ein großer Nachteil.

Wir sind um 11 Uhr angekommen, um die Umgebung noch vor dem Check-in (ab 14:00 Uhr) ein wenig zu erkunden. Nach einer Stunde Suche haben wir schließlich einen Parkplatz gefunden, etwa 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Für einen Tag haben wir 16 Euro bezahlt.

Hätten wir gewusst, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und es so schwierig ist, hier einen Parkplatz zu finden, wären wir schon um 8 Uhr morgens gekommen – dann hätten wir vielleicht bessere Chancen gehabt.

Wonderful in everything very friendly interactive staff
Pros:

The hotel was ideally situated for a holiday in Stressa with plenty of places to see and enjoy
The views of the lakes were amazing and the water boat trip top class

Perfekter Osteraufenthalt mit Ausflug auf die Inseln und Bummel in das Städtchen.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Schöner Frühstücksraum. Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Kleines aber praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel Stauraum für das Gepäck. Werde bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dieses Hotel buchen 😃

Cons:

Blumenkisten auf dem Balkon, ein Paar Pflanzen auf den Treppenabsätzen im Frühstücksraum / Empfang würden das Ambiente um einiges verbessern. Auch ein schöner bunter Bettüberwurf liesse das Zimmer freundlicher aussehen mit wenig Aufwand.
