Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo perché volevamo fare il tour delle Isole Borromee sul Lago Maggiore e, da questo punto di vista, è stata una buona base per il nostro soggiorno.

La camera era abbastanza semplice, il letto comodo, ma purtroppo abbiamo notato qualche ragnatela, dettaglio che sicuramente andrebbe curato maggiormente. Anche il bagno ci è sembrato un po’ datato e avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato.

La colazione era nella norma, senza particolari note positive o negative: giusta per iniziare la giornata.

Nel complesso un soggiorno sufficiente, soprattutto se si cerca un punto d’appoggio per visitare la zona e le Isole Borromee. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia e bagno, che potrebbero essere migliorati. Voto: 6/10.

A fantastic stay with ideal location and brilliant staff.

Dieses Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe, die Bilder auf booking.com oder auf ihrer Homepage haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun , das badezimmer eine Ruine, alles kaputt alles schmutzig voll mit schimmel
Das gleiche mit den Zimmer alles voll mit Flecken alles schmutzig es fällt alles auseinender.
Das paar das mit uns gekommen ist hat nach 1 std wieder ausgechekt.
Vom Frühstück buffet reden wir nicht, ein Witz.
Auch dort Besteck dreckig tisch tuch voller Flecken auch das Personal dort am Frühstück buffet unter alles Sau !
Eine Schande für booking.com das sie so etwas über haupt auf ihrer Seite anbieten !

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Pas très loin de la gare, à quelques pas des ferries, l'emplacement est plutôt bon. En plein centre ville. C'est entouré de restaurants donc parfait pour se déplacer.
Restaurant proposé également à l'hôtel.
Lits plutôt confortables mais oreillers un peu mou.

Cons:

Salle de bain avec des équipements qui manque peut-être d'un petit rafraîchissement. Mais rien d'alarmant!
