Was a nice little stop over to enjoy the Italian lakeside. Basic accomodation, breakfast was fine

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und der See ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen obwohl die Altstadt Nachts etwas laut ist. Unser Zimmer hatte jedoch Schalldichte Fenster und eine Klimananlage.

Lage des Hotels, TOP! 10/10.
Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Schmutziges Geschirr in Frühstücksbereich. Sowohl auf dem Tisch stehende Tassen, als auch Besteck im Selbstbedienungsbereich. Wirklich schlecht.
Sind dann trotz schon bezahlten Frühstück auswärts essen gewesen.

Badezimmer verstaubt, Lüftung ebenso schmutzig und schimmlig.

Billigenheden var super og personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme.
Renligheden var i top.

Cons:

Elevator dørene kunne forblive åben på de forskellige etager så den ikke virkede. Måtte flere gange finde den åbne dør på en etage, for at gøre elevatoren brugbar igen. Der var flere småting de burde få styr på.
