Leider war mein Badezimmer nicht sauber. Überall fanden sich auf Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und Wänden lange Haare der Vorgängerin. Ansonsten ist das Hotel leider sehr hellhörig. Die Wände scheinen dünn zu sein, da man das schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer hörte.

Lovely hotel on the lakeside, very friendly and helpful staff. Thankfully had parking nearby too which helped a lot. Breakfast was really good too.
Would happily return again.

I paid a lot of money for a superior room but the room waa barely a standard room. The onky superior feature was the lake view. The kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom plug as it wouldn't fit any other socket. I had 2 paper cups for hot drinks and a couple of tea bads and 2 sugars for 3 night stay. The bed was very hard and facilities extremely basic. The room was bare and very small. For a room that should cost over £800 for 3 nights out of season that is shocking. I asked to be moved but the room they put me in was even worse. I asked for a partial refund free Expedia who did comtact the hotel for me but no partial refund was made.

Not quite up to the standard expected for the price paid. However the location was very good and staff friendly.
Had to checkout early and no facility allowed to get an early breakfast or cuppa before 7am! No facility to pay bill the evening before when tried to at 10pm

A nice hotel which needs some refurbishment.

Nous avons changé de chambre pour 20€ de plus par jour pour être face au lac. La première chambre "standard" était très sombre au premier étage vue sur une ruelle très étroite sur le coté de l'hotel. La deuxième chambre vue lac était bien plus agréable, mais la salle de bains était équipée pour des personnes en chaise roulante, ce qui n'est pas très agréable pour des personnes valides

Schönes, altes Gebäude mit typischem Charme, Frühstück in Ordnung, es fehlte Brot, einfache Säfte, Zimmer schön, es fehlt Beleuchtung am Schrank, keine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen, Parkplätze in der Nähe auf gesichertem Gelände

Es war einfach großartig! wir hatten das Zimmer mit Seeblick, sehr romatisch! nur zu empfehlen.

A nice oldish hotel, very well located close to the boat stop, from which one can easily travel to Stresa and the islands. Pleasant and friendly staff, quiet surroundings with a possibility of a comfortable walk to Intra with its excellent restaurants. Varied and tasty breakfast.

My only complaint is that the room was not well sound isolated, and especially in the late evening I could hear water flushing, TVs running, people snoring, etc. Not a big deal, but an opportunity for improvement. Also, I could not find a way to open the safe or turn on the air-conditioning, since no instructions were available in the room (though there was a detailed multi-page manual for the water boiler!).

But generally, if you prefer to avoid the touristic flair of Stresa and stay on the quiter side of the lake, this hotel is a nice choice.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zur Rivieraküste. Schönes renoviertes Hotel in bester Lage zum See.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très agréable. Chambre propre et confortable. Seul bémol, il y a des pertiennes sur les volets qui ne ferment pas et les doubles rideaux ne ferment pas non plus. Donc beaucoup de jour dans la chambre.

Albergo comodo e centrale, direttamente sulla passeggiata a lago. Camere confortevoli e particolarmente pulite. Belle la sala della prima colazione e la hall poiché mantengono intatti i fasti del periodo liberty per cui Pallanza è famosa.

Nice old style hotel with proper lobby, right across from lakefront promenade. Best value found! Very friendly staff, free gated parking! Just our front is quiet lawn area with bars and restaurants putting their chairs out at night. Loved it.
