Bien placé bon petit déjeuner
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'accès à la mer et la piscine et le petit déjeuner, a l'accueil une personne parlant parfaitement français

Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Direkt am Strand, die Terrasse mit Pool aber abends gab es keine Musik.

Cons:

Parkplätze werden 15€ extra berechnet obwohl es nicht mal eine Tiefgarage ist, sondern ein Platz ohne Asphalt, ohne Schatten, nicht abgesichert. Man schleppt den Koffer durch den Staub.

Unser Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gestunken

Keine Seife im Bad - als wir die Rezeption kontaktiert haben, keine Reaktion

Baurabeiten am Strand- musste man bis Juni warten wenn das Hotel voll ist?

Der Ort ist sehr langweillig, es gibt nichts, man muss unbedingt ein Auto haben

Der Kaffee schmeckt schrecklich

La plage de galet et ,la piscine sont très bien hotel bien rénové à l architecture baroque. Confortable et silencieux

Cons:

Les jus au petit déjeuner c était imbuvable trop sucre, œufs brouilles froid dan une grande salle sans aucu n charme,il font restaurant ; non teste pas de menu à l'entrée et en´plus la salle ne donne pas envie . Parking surchargé 15 mn d attente pour trouver une place le soir et pour la barrière...INVESTISSEZ

Pros:

Struttura situazione in una posizione spettacolare. Accesso al mare diretto e piscina. Sorge nella zona tranquilla della città lontana dalla movida. Personale fantastico soprattutto Nicoletta e Carmelo.

Cons:

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia presso l'Hellenia Yachting Hotel & Spa dal 25 maggio al 1° giugno 2026.
La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, direttamente sul mare e perfetta per visitare Taormina, Isola Bella e i dintorni. La piscina è piacevole e la struttura, pur essendo un po' datata, ha un buon potenziale. Un elogio speciale va al personale della colazione, sempre sorridente, gentile e professionale. Anche il personale della reception si è dimostrato disponibile.

Cons:

Durante tutta l'ultima settimana di maggio la spiaggia e le aree circostanti erano interessate da lavori con escavatori e altre attività di preparazione della stagione, con rumore e polvere. Abbiamo inoltre assistito alla verniciatura di una barca decorativa vicino alle zone di relax e alla pulizia dei lettini con idropulitrici accanto agli ospiti.
La cosa che ci ha sorpreso maggiormente è che questi lavori e preparativi non erano stati comunicati in alcun modo prima dell'arrivo. Inoltre, le foto e la descrizione delle camere potrebbero essere più precise e rappresentative della realtà, così come le informazioni relative ai servizi disponibili.
Anche la pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliorata: durante il nostro soggiorno la camera non è stata pulita per 3 giorni su 7.
In sintesi, abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione e la gentilezza del personale, ma una maggiore trasparenza sulle condizioni effettive della struttura e una migliore organizzazione dei servizi avrebbero reso il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole.

Al bisogno ci torneremo certamente
Pros:

Albergo curato, gradevole e accogliente, personale cordiale. Posizione strategica e tranquilla. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

Per la zona il parcheggio è un plus ma da migliorare la modalità di accesso, con personale, comunque sempre disponibile, da chiamare per aprire sbarra manualmente per entrare o uscire, migliorabile anche la organizzazione posti auto.

Pros:

Albergo molto carino situato di fronte al mare in posizione ottima anche per visitare Taormina. La camera era molto confortevole, buona la colazione e tutto il personale estremamente gentile.

Cons:

Solo il problema del parcheggio, del resto rilevato in tutte le recensioni, che richiedeva la presenza del personale per aprire la sbarra. Probabilmente non interessa all'hotel rendere il servizio piu' facilmente fruibile.
