Bellissima vacanza a due passi dal mare

Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche grazie al persone, che è stato molto gentile e disponibile..Grazie in particolare a Salvatore, ,per la gestione della prenotazione e della camera e al mitico Carmelo che ci ha accolto sempre col sorriso a colazione, soddisfando con gentilezza le nostre richieste.

Cons:

L'orario della colazione potrebbe essere esteso alle 11.00 e la colazione potrebbe essere più ricca, proporrendo un po' più di prodotti locali sia dolci che salati.

Un soggiorno impeccabile, reso speciale da persone straordinarie

Cinque stelle sono davvero poche per descrivere la nostra esperienza all’Hellenia Yachting Hotel di Giardini Naxos!
La struttura è davvero elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio, sempre impeccabilmente pulita, con ambienti raffinati che trasmettono relax fin dal primo momento. La splendida piscina e la comodissima spiaggia privata, affacciata su un mare meraviglioso, rendono il soggiorno ancora più esclusivo e piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale e di vero cuore va al signor Tonino della reception. È una persona straordinaria, sempre sorridente, disponibile e altamente professionale. Per qualsiasi esigenza si è sempre dimostrato presente, trovando con competenza e rapidità la soluzione migliore e facendoci sentire accolti come ospiti speciali. La sua gentilezza, la sua disponibilità e la passione con cui svolge il suo lavoro fanno davvero la differenza. Persone come lui rappresentano il valore aggiunto di una struttura di alto livello.
Un elogio altrettanto sentito va a Giuseppe, del servizio spiaggia, un ragazzo educato, disponibile e instancabile, che svolge il suo lavoro con passione e cortesia, contribuendo a rendere ogni giornata al mare perfetta.
Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo l’Hotel Hellenia a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della qualità e dell’ospitalità. Un caro saluto e arrivederci da Niscemi!

It’s a nice hotel . A good value for money
Pros:

We only stayed a night . The property is nice , really good location with a private beach , spacious rooms , the pool was clean , though not too big . The lobby was smelling of an amazing fragrance and had cozy sofas . The breakfast was delicious and they had a good decaffeinated cappuccino. What was really lovely , was the attitude of cleaning lady on our floor , she was extremely polite and sweet, like a sunshine .

Cons:

I didn’t like that you have to pay 15 EUR for the parking per day and the parking was a very large , super dusty -dirt area across the road. Also they told us that we can check out at 11 am as if they were making us a favor and they let us in the room at 3:30 pm when it was written in Booking that the check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11 am .
