Great stay in Giardini Naxos
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and is great for a relaxing stay in Giardini Naxos. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Pool area and private beach were exceptional.

Personale molto gentile disponibile e molto professionale, specialmente il signor SALVATORE CHE STAVA Alla reception, mi ha risolto un piccolo problema con la camera, complimenti.

Cons:

Purtroppo il parcheggio privato è fuori dall'hotel, in un pezzo di terreno sterrato, ed era molto fastidioso ogni qualvolta che dovevo uscire

Bel hôtel bord de mer avec plage privée et piscine. Bon petit déjeuner et bon restaurant. Proximité commerces et des bus pour se rendre à Taormine. Belle chambre vue sur mer

Overpriced, run down and reception staff were hopeless.

The beach access was good, and there was plenty of sunbeds available

The Staff at reception were hopeless. Not sure how this hotel is a 4 star - it's clinging on to at least 2 of those stars by its fingernails

Nice place to stay if you’re in the area - very short walk to bus stop to Taormina

Nice , old style hotel . Impressive lobby and check-in staff . In fact all the staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Ottima posizione e staff veramente cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio privato

Cons:

Livello di pulizia non elevato, si dovrebbe fare piu manutenzione alla doccia per evitare di allagare il bagno. Per accedere al parcheggio bisogna suonare un campanello e attendere che vengano ad aprire la sbarra manualmente, basterebbe dare un codice/telecomando per semplificare il tutto.
Struttura un po datata che necessiterebbe di una sistemata

Toller Aufenthalt an ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel von innen und aussen. Der Empfangsbereich ist wirklich sehr schön dekoriert, riecht immer gut und ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Wir bekamen noch ein Upgrade und hatten ein Zimmer mit direkter Meersicht und einem grossen Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und immer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Es gab Pancakes, feines Brot (für Italienverhältnisse), Müsli, frische Früchte, Käse & Fleisch wie auch Speck und Rührei. Der direkte Strandzugang war natürlich ideal, sowie das man Liegen & Sonnenschirme ohne weitere Gebühr nutzen konnten. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder wählen oder weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Was etwas störend war, den lauten Ton beim Öffnen der Zimmertüre. Sowie wenn man das Auto parkieren wollte, musste man immer jemand vom Hotel anrufen, damit sie uns die Barriere öffnen. Die Zimmer sind etwas kahl eingerichtet, etwas Farbe oder Dekoraktion würde die Zimmer noch einladender machen.
