Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt, eines Parks und des Busbahnhofs. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Eigene Bäckerei. Abends tolles Essen im Restaurant draußen. Jeden Mittwoch sizilianisches Essen. Alles mit Livemusik. Sehr gute Atmosphäre.
Das Personal ist hervorragend und besonders Frau Antonella beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Cons:

Vorsicht beim Whirlpool! Das Wasser enthält offenbar sehr viele chemische Zusätze. Dadurch wurden meine Gleitsicht-Sonnenbrille beschädigt – sie ist praktisch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und muss ersetzt werden.
Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Je trouve également dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas plus sicilien ou italien. Il y avait beaucoup de produits étrangers, ce qui est très avenant, et beaucoup de crudité qu’on en trouve partout. Mais en tant que voyageuse, j’aurais aimé découvrir davantage les plats/produits typiques du pays
Ce serait bien de mettre les infos concernant le parking en amont, car pas facile de monter à l’hôtel pour redescendre après
Nous étions dans la chambre juste à côté de la porte d’entrée, donc nous entendions toutes les entrées et sorties, même la nuit

We booked a standard double room but they put us in an economy double room because they supposedly “don’t differentiate between room categories”(ironic that that means a downgrade and not being put in a suite). The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when this raised this issue with them and it was not amended. There are many similar reviews like this online. Beware.
