Confortevole
Pros:

Sicuramente molto apprezzabile l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. La stanza che ho preso era una singola, non era grande ma perfetta per le mie esigenze, la pulizia ottima. Il bagno bellissimo (oltre che pulito ovviamente).
Era dotata di minifrigo, tv, scrivania. Ci ritornerei

Cons:

Durante il mio soggiorno non c'era gente per corridoi ma la porta d'entrata non avrebbe filtrato eventuali rumori, migliorerei quindi l'insonorizzazione di tale porta.

Pros:

In realtà ci hanno fatto alloggiare al San Domenico, che è un quattro stelle superior ancora più centrale, ma mantenendo il prezzo del Bonconte.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
Posizione perfetta con parcheggio molto comodo nel cortile interno.

Cons:

Mentre alcuni mobili sono veramente notevoli, il bagno e alcuni arredi sono un po' datati e dozzinali, peccato perché la struttura è molto bella e meriterebbe di più. Lo stesso vale per asciugamani e le coperte, un po' sotto lo standard di un hotel così.

Ottima posizione, ma struttura non all'altezza di un 4 stelle
Pros:

Preciso che la valutazione riguarda l'hotel San Domenico perché l 'hotel Bonconte ci ha spostato in un'altra struttura di sua proprietà, posta proprio di fronte al Palazzo Ducale, con comodissimo parcheggio e buona colazione.

Cons:

Struttura datata, le camere richiedono un intervento di ammodernamento, la reception non dà una prima impressione favorevole, basterebbe poco per riordinarla e migliorarla.

Pros:

La posizione della struttura nella quale ci hanno dirottato.
La gentilezza della receptionist della mattina.

Cons:

Albergo in overbooking, ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura che in teoria doveva essere di livello superiore (4 stelle superior) ma la camera era abbastanza fatiscente e il portiere in turno la sera era di una scortesia rara.

Il s.Domenico ha posizione centralissima e ampio parcheggio privato

Ci hanno spostato arbitrariamente il giorno prima dell'arrivo all'hotel s.Domenico ,adducendo una scusa pietosa...
Detto hotel è centralissimo ma le camere sono vecchie e arredate con una accozzaglia di mobili.sembra di stare nei convitti delle suore.
La colazione buona e varia,abbiamo chiesto di prepararci delle uova e ci hanno subito accontentato.
Comunque l'hotel non è sicuramente un 4 stele
