Lovely hotel in a wonderful city. It is our favourite place to stop on the way to Italy. The staff are very helpful especially advising where to park.

Cons:

It is a bit expensive for the facilities, with no bar and little parking.

decent enough hotel, but can't recommend, and won't stay there again because of inflexibility
Pros:

rooms was comfortable and well cleaned, location was convenient for me, lots of nice streets/restaurants/shops nearby.

Cons:

I was disappointed that when my plans changed last minute, and I let them know ahead of arrival that I needed to check out a night early, that they were completely inflexible in making any concessions for this - I had to pay for all the nights booked, and they wouldn't even entertain for example allowing me to pay for breakfast or hotel parking with the cost of the unused night. I'm not sure if it that would have been different had I booked directly, but they did attribute their response to "because you booked through booking.com" - regardless it turned an opportunity for me to think very highly of them to being very frustrated with them. I will definitely be visiting Aosta again, but will use a different hotel next time. I've been in similar situations in other hotels around the world and always received some flexibility/understanding/concession - I get that staff have to follow rules imposed on them, but those rules/policy have a cost, in this case bad review and no repeat business.

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Aosta.
Il Duca D'Aosta si trova proprio nel cuore del centro storico, posizione strategica per la visita alla città.
Le camere sono molto belle: ben arredate, climatizzate ed insonorizzate. Letti molto comodi.
Bagno ampio e funzionale con tutto il necessario.
Lo staff è incredibilmente cordiale, siamo stati accolti meravigliosamente sia alla reception, sia per la colazione, sia al piano dal personale addetto alle pulizie. Ci hanno messo tutti a nostro agio e hanno avuto anche un occhio di riguardo per il nostro cane.
Le pulizie vengono effettuate con regolarità e precisione ogni giorno.
La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, credo possa soddisfare tutti i gusti degli amanti del dolce e del salato, ma in particolare le torte sono speciali.
