Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare e vivere Aosta.
Atmosfera molto piacevole.
Colazione varia e di qualità.

Cons:

Camera piccola per due persone, nella nostra la finestra era estremamente piccola per garantire un adeguato ricambio di aria e illuminazione.

un magnifique endroit pour visiter et profiter de la charmante cité d'Aoste
Pros:

Nous avions réservé une suite qui avait deux salles d'eau et d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
L'hôtel se trouve au centre d'Aoste dans une rue très calme.

Pros:

βρισκεται στο ιστορικο κεντρο της Αοστης οπου μπορει καποιος να βρει οτιδηποτε σε κοντινη αποσταση!!
το ξενοδοχειο διαθετει περιορισμενο αριθμο θεσεων σε ιδιωτικο παραπλησιο parking,υπαρχει ομως ανεση σταθμευσης σε κοντινο δημοτικο χωρο.
Διαθετει χωρο καφετεριας και ζαχαροπλαστειου με ομορφα σαλονια στο ισογειο .

Τελος η καθαριοτητα και ευγενεια του προσωπικου πλεοναζουν στο ομορφα διακοσμημενο ξενοδοχειο

Cons:

θα μπορουσε να βαθμολογηθει με αριστα αν δεν ελειπαν στοιχειωδη αξεσουαρ του μπανιου (σαμπουαν /σκουφακι μπανιου/παντοφλες μιας χρησης)

Very helpful staff, great location, comfy beds, clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

No hooks for coats in the bedroom. Only hangers in the cupboard.

Did not meet my expectations at the level of customer service.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right near the pedestrian streets.

Cons:

My husband was not allowed to drink a coffee in the breakfast room if he only took a coffee without any breakfast. We did not feel like guests but rather like we were punished because we did not eat to eat any breakfast.
