Nel cuore del centro storico di Aosta, in Piazza Narbonne, DUCA D'AOSTA Modern Retrò Hotel è un raffinato boutique hotel 4 stelle dove design, storia e comfort contemporaneo si incontrano. Le sue 60 camere e suite, curate nei dettagli, hanno uno stile retrò e funzionale ispirato agli anni '50 e '60: pavimenti in legno di rovere francese, docce in pietra ricostruita, vasche Kaldewei in acciaio smaltato e prodotti cosmetici naturali.

Soggiorno tranquillo ma senza pretese o comfort particolari

Struttura elegante all'esterno; belle le sale comuni all'interno del'Hotel; silenziosità degli ambienti e cortesia del personale; ottima prima colazione servita in un ambiente elegante.

Cons:

Bagni da ristrutturare: box doccia con fili di muffa all'esterno; mancanza dei miscelatori; impossibilità di usare il doccione, ma solo il getto più piccolo, a causa del blocco del meccanismo (pomello) che consente di fare uscire l'acqua dal doccione in alto (ogni tanto verificatene il funzionamento). Frigo bar molto triste, con solo acqua, e frigo rumoroso quando si attacca (in piena notte). Stanza molto piccola; arredi "vecchi": non "antichi" ma appunto vecchi e abbastanza squallidi.
