Calorosa accoglienza e una delle cose che ti fanno stare bene.
Pros:

La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Posizione dell'albergo e il parcheggio in vicinanze. Camera ben preriscaldata e cabina doccia grande. Complimenti per il servizio-TOP. Sicuramente torniamo.

À 10 mn du centre-ville

Cons:

Des mouchoirs en papier complètent l’isolation des vitres. Aucune possibilité de se faire une boisson chaude ni bouteille d’eau, bruit de ventilation et impossible de régler la climatisation. Petit-déjeuner à 14€…. Que nous n’avons pas testé au vu du prix de la chambre déjà chère. Isolation phonique laisse à désirer. Pas de place de parking privé, il faut chercher les places blanches dans le quartier. Réceptionniste peu accueillante.

Il serait necessaire que le personnel de la réception prennent des cours pour apprendre à recevoir le client avec un accueil/ plus professionnel, accueillant et chaleureux en vers le client tant au moment du check in que du check out

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in una stanza quadrupla, al 5 piano, pulita e molto confortevole e silenziosa. I letti molto comodi e il personale super gentile. Si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti a piedi e intorno all’hotel si trovano molti parcheggi.

Pros:

Stanza molto ampia.ottima la pulizia sia della camera che del bagno. Siamo stati accolti alla reception da Brunella molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni. Buona la posizione per raggiungere il centro della città.

The room is big and okay to stay in, but it needs some renovation (walls in the bathroom are damaged).
There is parking right at the hotel entrance.
Beds are comfortable, but the pillows should be replaced.
Pets are allowed.
It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the city center.
I can recommend the hotel for a short stay.
