We booked this hotel for our stop over for a trip from UK to Rome. We made the direct booking with the hotel as they offered the cheapest price for accommodation on that date in the area. We have been emailed after that with the request of the anticipated arrival time. We have provided it and explained that we were travelling by car. We got lots of traffic and arrived at the hotel quite late. The Internet signal was very weak and we did not received any emails from the hotel until we were in front of the dark and locked reception. The email said that the staff went home and locked the hotel as you failed to arrive at the time you have provided. That was a bit of a shock as we have never encountered such behaviour from any hospitality establishment in the world. That was like "sorry we can't check you in as you are late". We booked a different hotel and went there. But at least try to call the customer and definetly if the booking has not been canceled that means the guest is coming.
But yes, please, be aware of the practice like this. The booking was prepaid. However, the hotel did not charge us. This was helpful.

Non aspettatevi un hotel di lusso, le camere sono pulite, il personale è disponibile e cordiale e la colazione e abbondante e completa.
Sicuramente è salvato per una prossima visita in Val D'Aosta

We arrived early on the day of check-in and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and good sized, with plenty of storage. Breakfast had lots of options and was fully stocked every day. Very friendly staff, we were made to feel comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the lift, so we found it easier to rent a locker from the ski rental place under the lift so that we didn't have to carry our stuff back and forth every day.

Très calme en cette saison, hôtel un peu "classique" mais confortable et petit dejeuner très copieux, personnel discret et sympathique. Un peu loin du centre pour les repas toutefois.

Buona la pulizia, letti un po' scomodi e camere per nulla insonorizzate. La posizione è buona, a 5 min di auto dalla Skyway, personale gentile ma poco loquace

Buona struttura anche se un po' datata negli arredi è in generale. Cortesia disponibilità il top.

We were met at reception by a lovely lady who couldn't have been more helpful. She greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and warm. The view from our room was like a post card. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was good. Everything you need!

Led a school trip with 34 pupils and 4 staff. Perfect hotel for our needs. Lots of facilities, food excellent every day. Staff welcoming and friendly all the time. Rooms clean and short walk from Dolonne lift

It was a pleasure to be there. Comfortable and clean rooms,the staff here are very nice and friendly people, tasty food and amazing view from my room.
I'd like to go again and I hope to see that people at least one more time.

The hotel is very clean with dedicated staff and tasty food 🍲. Bedrooms are immaculate with facilities you would find in a three star hotel. Choices of wines is good. The hotel was full when we were there but all worked fine despite pressure.

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il fatto che le pareti è come se non ci fossero! Si sente ogni cosa come se fosse in camera tua! Ho trovato molto scomodo il letto matrimoniale perché composto da due lettini uniti e puntualmente finivi nel buco in mezzo ai due letti. Il resto va abbastanza bene, il riscaldamento, fondamentale in montagna, era funzionante e regolabile

Struttura datata ma pulita e silenziosa. Buona posizione per muoversi. Colazione internazionale ma di buona qualità
