Superb! Outstanding! Above and beyond expectations!
Pros:

Absolutely underrated and lovely. Friendly and attentive staff, good location and the rooms are great. Comfortable beds, no sounds during sleep and strong AC. Bathrooms are great, hallway is clean and it has an elevator! You can opt fot an online self check-in that saves time when you arrive. They are outstanding and we would definitely return here.

Pros:

Excellent place, wonderful staff, really helpful and kind. Everything was really clean and with a lot of little details that make the experience more pleasant.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the center but in a walking distance for sure anyway.

Florencia inolvidable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. Y esto es muy importante, sobre todo en agosto ya que puedes hacer una parada en la visita a la ciudad debido al calor. El dueño es muy agradable y todo el hotel ( son pocas habitaciones) está impecable. Si volviera a ir a Florencia, repetiría seguro.

Fantastic, would stay here again. The hotel was clean, well managed and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was set in a great location and convenient to access with elevators. The manager of the restaurant was fantastic and accommodating and answered all our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. The hotel was such great value for money and we would return any day.

Molt bona relació qualitat preu
Pros:

L’habitació molt correcta, silenciosa i l’aire acondicional genial (potent i silenciós).
El xic i la xica de recepció encantadors.

Cons:

L’habitació és molt petita si portes maletes grans.
El bany no te interruptor sino llum automàtica amb ventilador i tarda molt en apagar-se. Preferiria poder encendre i apagar perque si t’alces per la nit és un problema.
