Pros:

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione vicino alla fortezza. In 10 min si raggiunge la stazione e il centro. Le camere sono pulite e silenziose. La sala colazioni è piccola ma accogliente e ben fonita. Se ripasso a Firenze ci torno!

Excelente experiencia. Destaco especialmente la muy buena atención del personal, siempre amables y atentos.

Antes de llegar nos consultaron la hora de llegada e intentaron tener la habitación lista antes del check-in, y así fue. Pudimos entrar antes, lo cual fue un gran detalle.

La habitación para tres era amplia y cómoda. La zona es tranquila, pero muy bien ubicada: se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos importantes de Florencia y también está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren.

El desayuno es hiper completo, con opciones para todos los gustos.

Como pequeña mejora, sería bueno agregar una mesa de noche cerca de la cama individual.

Overall everything was good 😊
Pros:

Very nice, clean and spacious room in a really good location. The bed was comfortable. We had everything what we needed.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small but had everything that we needed. Also we had to pay additional city tax.

Pulizia della camera eccellente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di un phon SERIO, no come quelli inutili che spesso capita di trovare. Altra cosa positivissima è il contenitore della carta igienica chiuso, dal quale il cliente può prendere i fogli che servono senza toccare tutto il pacchetto/rotolo. Le luci della camera ci sono piaciute davvero tanto perché potevamo scegliere la modalità soffusa o più illuminata, oltre alla grande finestra presente vicino al letto. Il set di benvenuto con tè, caffè e cioccolatini compresi ci ha fatto sentire coccolati. Il letto e cuscini compresi erano comodissimi! Ottima la posizione dell’hotel, in quanto in 5 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il mercato centrale di Firenze e in 10/15 la stazione di Santa Maria Novella. In generale comunque ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi senza problemi. Se avessimo preso l’auto avremmo avuto molta difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, con il rischio di trovarla rovinata perché gli stalli sono tutti parcheggi ad S. Il receptionist è stato molto gentile con noi: ci ha dato la possibilità di tenere i bagagli sia prima di entrare in stanza, anticipando il check-in, sia dopo il check-out, regalandoci così un pomeriggio di leggerezza senza zaini alle spalle tutto il giorno del check-out, quindi GRAZIE!

Excelente ubicación para llegar desde la terminal de tren o Aeropuerto.Se llega caminando a todas las atracciones históricas de la ciudad.
Las instalaciones están impecables; nos entregaron la habitación antes de horario después de un viaje muy largo desde Argentina.
