Pros:

Excelente ubicación para llegar desde la terminal de tren o Aeropuerto.Se llega caminando a todas las atracciones históricas de la ciudad.
Las instalaciones están impecables; nos entregaron la habitación antes de horario después de un viaje muy largo desde Argentina.

The hotel was nicely located and clean and comfortable. The only issue was that we could hear all the noise from adjacent rooms and corridor and needed to use earplugs.

Pros:

Il servizio, il personale e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Consigliato... Molto pulito e carino. Posizione vicino alla stazione, ma al tempo stesso in 15 minuti ai era a piedi in piazza Duomo.

Pros:

Wir waren anlässlich einer Fachmesse in Florenz. Die Lage sowohl zum Messegelände als auch ins Stadtzentrum ist perfekt, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle, ruhige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Fijn hotel op een goede, rustige locatie, alles op loopafstand. Uitstekende prijs kwalitieitsverhouding.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met een goed tweepersoonsbed en badkamer. Alles was heel erg schoon. Ontvangst door Giovanni heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles. Echt heel goed!

Cons:

Enig minpuntje is dat er een dun dekentje op het bed lag, weliswaar met een sprei, maar was voor ons toch te koud. Dit werd desgevraagd verholpen door de schoonmaakster die ons een extra sprei gaf.

Pros:

The location is excellent. The cleanliness is good. The hotel has a modern design. I stayed for 2 nights. There was a small problem, but the staff immediately intervened and changed rooms. By the way, I only saw one person in the hotel who managed everything by himself. 🙂 I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back.

Preisleistung war perfekt. Für die Messe Pitti perfekte Lage, sonst etwas abgelegen!

Cons:

Bei den Temperaturen hätte ich mir ein leichtes Federbett gewünscht!
