Pros:

It is located along a main road, so I just walked from Firenze Santa Maria Novella to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, staff were nice, and even with the busy road location, it was quiet.

Nice Hotel and Staff, Location Felt Sketchy

The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel was clean. We reserved a room for 4, it felt a bit cramped, but glad to have gotten a room for all of us to be in. It was within walking distanced of the train station and the Duomo, which was a plus.

Cons:

The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit uneasy for us. While walking from the train station, we passed some graffiti on a nearby building with political messaging that reflected current global tensions, "death to america," which gave us a sense of unease. As a mother traveling with my daughters, safety is a top priority, so this influenced our overall impression, even while recognizing that such expressions don’t reflect the views or experiences of everyone in the area.

Colchon cómodo, habitaxion y baño espaciosos, silencioso. Muy impio.

Zentral, einfach, sauber, gut!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Mehr braucht man nicht.
Wir waren sehr froh dieses Hotel spontan gefunden zu haben, da unsere vorherige Unterkunft eine Katastrophe war.
Vielen lieben Dank an das Hotel Eden.

I’ll be coming back to Eden and recommending it to family and friends.
Pros:

This property was very close t the train station and very well situated to explore the town. They have an elevator! There is a fridge in the room as well as a window and heater.

Cons:

You have to leave your keys every time you leave the building.
