Pros:

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare per qualche giorno nell'Hotel Giglio. Ospitalità da 10 e lode, camera grande confortevole e pulita con bagno finestrato.
La conduzione familiare è sinonimo di garanzia, infatti Marco, Manuela e Roberto con le loro attenzioni, ti fanno sentire come se stessi a casa in famiglia.
Consigliatissimo a tutti, dai single alle coppie e alle famiglie con figli. Un caro saluto da Egidio e Francesca e perché no......un arrivederci a presto :)

Lovely hotel and lovely owners
Pros:

The Hotel Giglio is in a historic building on the 2nd floor, and is in an excellent, quite location with easy access to the tram launching our daily adventures. The owners, Marco and Manuela were lovely and wonderful to speak with on all things Italy and traveling. The breakfast was delicious, the bathroom clean and of good size, and the room was simple but comfortable. I highly recommend as I prefer to stay in places that retain a historical quality and a personal attention to creating acquaintances.

Capodanno a Firenze.
Pros:

Accoglienza top: ci sono state date tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e anche spunti in più!
Ottima la colazione, la saletta è un po' piccola ma accogliente.
La stanza era bella, calda e di ottime dimensioni, anche il bagno era ampio, non perfetto ma funzionale.

Cons:

La posizione è sia un pro che un contro: a metà strada tra stazione e centro. Io e mio marito non siamo atleti e il ritorno in hotel a piedi dopo la giornata di visita era abbastanza faticoso!!
La sera, visto le temperature rigide, mi avrebbe fatto piacere una bevanda calda, ma in camera non è disponibile il bollitore e alla reception mi è stato detto che la macchinetta era spenta. Sono sopravvissuta lo stesso! Potevano essere acquistate bevande fredde.

Tout les propriétaires: ils sont souriants 24/24 serviables, toujours aux petits soins pour les voyageurs! Probablement les meilleurs hôte de mes 50 dernières années de voyage!

Pros:

L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata perfetta. Attenti anche al fatto che fossimo arrivati in auto! La camera quadrupla comodissima per una famiglia di 4 persone, spaziosa calda e pulita (va bene anche per 5)! Colazione ottima. La vicinanza al centro. Lo consiglierò ai nostri amici! e speriamo di tornare!
