絶好のロケーション、素晴らしいスタッフ
Pros:

スタッフはとても親切で素晴らしいサービスだった。ロケーションも良く、中心地の観光にはベストだった。

Cons:

部屋を出ると予期しない場所に階段や段差がたくさんあり、入り組んでいます。高齢の方や小さな子供にとって注意が必要です。私自身も階段を踏み外し転んで捻挫をしました。

Excellent Locaction, and Great Rooms
Pros:

The location was excellent. easy to walk to all of the sites, and a beautiful view, especially from the rooftop seating. The breakfast was good, the rooms were very comfortable, and the Airconditioning was excellent, it was very hot outside.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great and I want to go back

Pros:

The location was great, so was the space in the room. It was a large room. I don't remember if there was no closet to hang things or since it was one night, I didn't look! But space was huge, it was quite an old building, but very well kept. They have a terrace on the roof with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very complete. And the coffee was real coffee, not with a button machine. It was 3 of us and we had 3 single beds. We all loved it! I arrived by car and do NOT suggest getting close to the hotel to drop off luggage or passengers. It's quite busy and narrow streets. So if you are not a very confident and experienced driver, just reach your parking garage and make it by foot or if the parking is too far and you have too much luggage, take a short cab ride! :)

Amazing location, very small rooms for the price.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff was lovely. The Water fountain was very welcomed! Cute rooftop to enjoy a glass.

Cons:

For £200 a night (we booked 5 months in advance) the room was extremely small (even for small Italian hotel standards), the WiFi does not work well, and the air conditioning struggled.

Nice stay, excellent staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent. From the property and front desk, to the morning breakfast area staff...all were very good to us. Special mention to Walid - i might have the wrong name ( the Moroccan staff member)

The room was spacious too

Cons:

The bathroom was very tight to move in

The shower could do with a good cleaning

Beauty Comfort and Abience in a affordable yet luxurious feeling hotel
Pros:

The ambiance of the hotel was perfect - it had an Old World elegance and charm with all the modern conveniences! The bed was super- firm but not too firm and the air conditioning was just right! The shower was divine- modern - spacious - and scrupulously clean! I loved the breakfast even though I was always rushing in and then running out for my first tour of the day. My last morning I could relax and enjoy a truly delicious start to my the day plus take full advantage of the ‘drop dead’ gorgeous roof top vista- worth every penny of the whole stay. The only drawback was the up and down stairs between the elevators. But, once you got the routine down it was not an issue. Sort of like a party game to find your way in the maze of hallways-definitely a unique not your boring chain hotel. And the service was warm, friendly and genuine. As you can tell I loved my 4 night stay.

Cons:

I had no dislikes. It was just what I had hoped to find -a hotel with a truly Florentine personality!
