Great location, facilities, near everything! we loved it!
Pros:

The service staff was really friendly and provided assistance when needed! the premises are located in a perfect spot near everything and very nice and secure, walking distance of everything. The room was really comfortable, very well deployed in every aspect. The window allowed us to see a beautiful sight and listen birds... really nice. The rooftop was lovely in deed! We loved it! thank you!

Feeling part of Florence s history, being a step away from Ponte Vecchio and on that side of the city, super nice district, less touristy, the unbelievable terrace, the food and drinks there with friends, the very good breakfast, the staff.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse für das Frühstück und für einen Drink, geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung .Tolle Lage, nachts trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Zimmer führt über zwei Treppen, kein Aufzug. Der Lift zum dritten Stock war zeitweise defekt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad auch. Das Zimmer war laut, von der Straße konnte man alles hören.
Nicht barrierefrei. Sehr verwinkelten Gebäude mit verschiedenen Ebenen.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans un quatier très agréable, très bien situé et presentant l'avantage d'être plus calme que la rive droite. Le roof top est remarquable avec un soleil couchant.

Cons:

Notre chambre, bien que propre et en bon état, sentait l'humidité. L'hôtel vient d'acquérir une 4ième étoile un peu juste selon nous.

Pros:

Fantastische kamer in het oude palazzo. Een moderne unit in het midden van de kamer met behoud dus van de oude details zoals het geweldig beschilderde plafond en de oude haard. De badkamer en toilet waren niet groot, maar wel compleet en van elkaar gescheiden en waren voor ons prima, want de kamer was verder heel ruim. Fijn dat we zelf koffie en thee konden zetten op de kamer. Heerlijk klein balkonnetje. En dan nog het uitzicht: op het palazzo pitti met zijn prachtige tuinen. Heerlijk geslapen op goede bedden. Onvoorstelbaar stil terwijl het hotel aan één van de drukste straten ligt. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd, je kan zowel binnen als buiten ontbijten. Buiten hebben ze een geweldig dakterras met uitzicht over Florence, echt niet normaal zo mooi. Beschikbaar voor ontbijt maar ook voor de middagborrel, fantastisch. Toplocatie van het hotel, dichtbij alle hotspots.

Cons:

Kan niets bedenken dat tegenviel.
