Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Von der hoteleigenen Sky-Bar (konnte man auch zum Frühstücken nutzen) hatte man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer auch sehr sauber. Genügend Steckdosen und Spiegel vorhanden, kein Problem alles im Kleiderschrank zu verstauen.

Cons:

Leider stand in der Beschreibung des Zimmers: "Obere Stockwerke mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar und obere Stockwerke nur über eine Treppe erreichbar". Für mich war unklar, was das bedeutet. Im Klartext, man konnte zwar in die 3. Etage fahren, musste aber dort wieder, um in sein Zimmer zu gelangen, über einen Gang auf die andere Seite der Etage zu Fuß über 2 Treppen nach unten laufen. Hat für den Gepäcktransport keinen Spass gemacht.
Öffnete man seine Zimmertür, war dort ein Absatz nach unten. Man musste gut aufpassen, nicht in das Zimmer zu fallen. Ein Hinweis auf der Zimmertür könnte hilfreich sein.

El hotel tiene una decoración muy bonita, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias.

Cons:

Creo que tuve mala suerte, porque el extractor de olores del baño no funcionaba bien, se quedaba encendido y era muy ruidoso, no había forma de apagarlo, la TV tiene interferencia del control de la habitación adjunta, esto si es molesto. Algo que si preocupante es la poca accesibilidad, a pesar de tener ascensor hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras y los pasillos parecen un laberinto

Disappointing Hotel !
Cons:

I booked this hotel after filtering for 'parking' on the platform. What I discovered is that the hotel does not have its own parking, it simply recommends an external facility at €35/night, it is mention at the very end of their page. When I flagged this within hours of booking and requested a cancellation, I was refused on the grounds of a non-refundable rate. The sales agent's response was dismissive, suggesting that listing 'restaurant' doesn't mean it's included , a comparison that misses the point entirely: when a traveler filters for parking, they expect parking on-site, just as filtering for a spa implies an in-house spa, not a recommendation down the street.

As for the hotel itself: the location near Ponte Vecchio is genuinely excellent, and the rooftop terrace offers a lovely view of Florence. The lobby ceiling is attractive and clearly the focus of most marketing photos.

Beyond that, the experience is disappointing for the price point. The room I was assigned booked at a premium rate faced a solid wall. The bathroom showed visible mould and felt unclean. Getting to the room required navigating a confusing multi-floor route that felt disconnected from the main building, more reminiscent of an Airbnb than a hotel. Service was essentially absent in that wing. The breakfast was surprisingly basic for an Italian mid-tier property. Wi-Fi was unreliable, which matters on a business trip. No coffee machine on the room !

Do your research before booking. The lobby photos are heavily featured for a reason. You can find significantly better value at this price range in Florence.

Séjour dans le cœur de Florence

Belle chambre face à un jardin intérieur

Awesome location, great and helpful staff, and best of historic Firenze with access to Tuscan country side by bike.
Pros:

Incredible location in Firenze. Staff were fantastic and accommodated bicycles. We road every days for 5 days and easily reached the country side. Breakfast was excellent including vegan and vegetarian options that were high quality. Front desk staff were kind, flexible and responsive. Stay here!

Cons:

My only suggestion would be try and get a room off of the busy street. The noise at night can get a bit unruly from the bar crowd. We had two rooms and our kids room facing opposite to street side was quieter.
