3 nights in Florence with family.
Pros:

good sized room. Had a kettle to enable us to make hot drinks. The bathroom was a decent size.

A nice quiet room. Fairly central for the Duomo etc.

Cons:

The lift was rather compact, so a little claustrophobic. The toilet base leaked.

We would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Best location for washing to. Major sites but situated in very interesting ‘left bank’ Oltarno sector with numerous attractive eating places

Location was great you can walk everywhere in 5/ 10 min. Rooms are big. Beds are big as well.

Cons:

Walls are so thin you could hear everything going on on the hallways which was horrible one of the nights we were there as unfortunately we had a very rude and loud guest shouting until 3 am one night

I would say that this is comfortably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The property was attractive and well-situated and the staff were efficient.

Cons:

The building’s lift was small and creaky - it was usually quicker for me on the second floor to take the stairs.

Amazing stay, great location!
Pros:

Amazing location right next to Ponte Vecchio, Plazzo, supermarket and various business. Walking distance to anything in central Florence. Great attentive staff, very comfortable and spacious room, great facilities and a lovely roof terrace. Enjoyed the stay and would love to come back
