The staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. When I come back to Firenze, this will be my hotel.
Pros:

The location is perfect- walking distance to everything!

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t seem to be as fresh. Ok, but definitely can improve.

Great value for money and location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood and just beside Ponte Vecchia. Rooms and service are excellent. Good value for money.

Great hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Well appointed hotel with stunning reception area. Staff very welcoming.

The hotel room was lovely and air con superb. Fully controllable.

Only criticism at all was cleaning staff knocking at 9.30am to clean. Strange as they knew we were in - hotel asked for keys to be left there when out.

Otherwise a wonderful hotel 🏨

Pros:

Svært god beliggenhet og fine rom.

Cons:

Meget dårlig WiFi. Det er også svært dårlig dekning på mobilnettet som forsterker problemet.
Det var alt for lytt og ble vekket om natten av fulle beboere.
