Pros:

Location ideal, close to train station and city center. From train station there is tram to airport. Room is pretty small, but comfortable. Bed very good, Didn't try breakfast, staff was very kind and helpful. Regardless of some small things over all experience was very good.

Cons:

Bath has only overhead shower, which is not ideal for person who is not used showering like that. Lift is so small and old, but had really good vibe, like you ar win old Italian movie. No coffee bags in the room only tea, and Catler which you have to move somewhere because on the counter there is no socket to plug it in.

שלא צויין ש2 המיטות הנוספת הן מיטות קומותיים.
אנחנו 4 מבוגרים וזה לא מתאים.
בטלויזיה יש רק שידורים באיטלקית והיא לא חכמה שאפשר להתחבר עם הטלפון.
יש מדרגה גבוהה מדי בין החדר למקלחת/שרותים.
שהיינו במקום 3 לילות שבהם לא ניקו את החדר, לא רוקנו פחים ולא החליפו מגבות.
נייר טואלט ביקשנו כל פעם בתפקיד הקבלה.
קירות המקלחת היו במרקם גבשושי ולא אחיד ועם עובש.
לא היה בידה ולא מקלחת יד.

Relación calidad - precio
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal si se espera tomar mucho el tren.
Se encuentra cerca del mercado donde se puede conseguir comida, hay un mc 24 hs en la esquina (muy útil si la vuelta de algún destino es tarde), y un supermercado.
El espacio es bastante amplio, el barrio no es estético pero muy conveniente, no es inseguro.
Se obtiene lo que se paga, no esperen lujos, es un lugar práctico.

Cons:

La pantalla es muy chica, hay manchas de humedad en el techo y el colchón no era de dos plazas, eran dos colchones de una pegados.
Es difícil dormir si te toca del lado de la calle porque la puerta del edificio hace un ruido cada vez que se abre.
Teníamos que poner la pava en el piso para poder usarla porque el cable era muy corto, y un lado de las conexiones eléctricas no andaba.
