Estadia boa e tranquila mas com problema isolado de pagamento
Pros:

Foi uma estadia muito tranquila, os atendentes são educados e explicaram tudo com clareza. O apartamento é limpo, estava tudo bem higienizado e a localização é muito boa, bem próximo da estação principal de trem da cidade e bem próximo do centro da cidade, tem várias lojas, supermercados e restaurante ao redor.

Ótimo quarto para família de 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças).

Cons:

Tive um estresse com relação ao pagamento e até agora não consegui detectar se foi algo no aplicativo do Booking ou se foi algo com relação ao hotel, mas no final foi resolvido.

Relato:
Alguns meses após efetuar o pagamento, o app do Booking me manda uma notificação falando que o pagamento estava pendente (faltando 1 semana para a viagem), com medo de perder a reserva eu fiz novamente o pagamento e fui recorrer junto ao hotel. Eu verifiquei o extrato da minha conta para ter certeza que o 1° pagamento foi efetuado e identifiquei que de fato eu tinha feito um 1° pagamento e depois fiz um 2° pagamento.
Então liguei para o hotel para explicar a situação e eles afirmaram diversas vezes por ligação que receberam somente o 2° pagamento, sendo que eu havia feito de fato o 1° pgto. Então liguei ao meu banco para esclarecer e me deram o número do rastreio do pagamento, eu enviei esse número ao hotel e conseguiram identificar, então eu pedi o reembolso 2° pagamento e de repente começaram a falar que não tem tinham recebido nenhum 2° pagamento somente o 1° pagamento (mudaram a versão da história, o que me deixou mais chateado). Então tive que ligar novamente para o banco e pedir o código do 2° pagamento. Depois fiz um email explicando a situação e enviei ao hotel com os 2° números de transação bancária, então conseguiram identificar os 2 pagamentos e fizeram o estorno do 2° pagamento indevido.

Tudo foi resolvido no final das contas, mas houve esse estresse 1 semana antes da viagem.

Pros:

Spacious room great facilities and clean. Walking distance to tourist places, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The shower rain head needed replacing and there was no power point near the tea and coffee bench. I had to use the one near the floor to heat up the kettle.

La stanza era abbastanza confortevole e ubicata in zona strategica.
Pros:

La posizione è adiacente alla stazione di S. Maria Novella quindi molto vicina al centro.
Non ho usufruito della colazione.
Il bagno nel complesso e la doccia erano puliti e di buona qualità.

Cons:

Purtroppo no funzionava la tv.
