Pros:

El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy prolijo y limpio. La ubicación es excelente, a unos 5 minutos de la terminal de tren y en una calle con mucha variedad de opciones gastronómicas. Una ubicación muy práctica para moverse y disfrutar de la zona.

Cons:

La cama era un poco incómoda, ya que el colchón estaba vencido. Además, el alojamiento no cuenta con recepción las 24 horas. Durante mi estadía, una noche hubo huéspedes que hicieron mucho ruido y fue imposible dormir. Al no haber recepción en ese horario ni un teléfono de contacto para solicitar ayuda, no fue posible solucionar la situación.

Great place to stay. Location and stuff were excellent!!! Also very clean

It has shared bathroom. I stayed for 2 days so it was not a problem at all. But for longer stays it can be considered.

Craziest rules ever.
Pros:

I like two things about this place.

1. Is located just at the center of everything.

2. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest.

Cons:

There's a list of things I didn't like about this place, here it goes...

1. When it comes to the room, it is really, really small. It felt as if I was a prisioner. Good thing it has a windows, so you dont go crazy. It also has a sink. For a solo traveler is ok.

2. The topic of the share bathroom. I get is convenient for the place, but in a hurry if is occupied is not good. Also for privacy. The shower was small for a big person. At least it was clean.

3. You can hear every single noise coming from inside, other rooms and outside the building. It was crazy annoying. The cleaning staff or whoever was, made so much noise is crazy. You can hear the music and people cleaning outside, mostly at night. If you are a light sleeper, you should reconsider.

4. First time ever I stayed at a hotel with this rule (and there's the most absurd rule ever (which is the last point) every time you leave the room, the key of the room stays in the greeting counter. (Like what)

5. This place should be cheaper.

6. Last but not least. If you come after 2am to the hotel, you will NOT have access until 6am. Am I underage and staying at my parents?? A hotel represents your "home away from home". If I want to explore the city until late night I should be able to without restrictions. I'm not staying for free, I indeed paid to stay there. (I guess is my fault for not reading this and others restrictions - if they were stated on the information).

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé.
Suffisant pour une nuit.
Personnel sympa à l'accueil

Cons:

Mettre des vraies serviettes de toilette au lieu de serviettes de table...pas du tout absorbante.
Vue la vétusté des lieux...prix trop élevé ! l'emplacement ne justifie pas tout.

Great stay in Florence will stay again next time we’re back!
Pros:

Great location, very easy to walk to everything in Florence and not a far walk from tram stop from airport so easy to get our bags to the hotel. Great restaurants right nearby too which made it fun to explore! Great view of the Duomo from our room too - room was nice and clean and water pressure and temperature of shower was excellent!

Pros:

A charming family-run hotel in the city's historic center. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The train station and the Mercato Centrale are nearby. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, so you don't always have to walk back after sightseeing. Excellent value for money. Thank you for the Florentine-style room on the top floor! It was comfortable and equipped with everything necessary, including good wifi; though perhaps lacking an abundance of toiletries, which is not something I would expect at a two-star hotel anyway. The perfect view of the rooftops, including a direct view of the cathedral and the Medici Chapel, was a real highlight.
