Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum en heeft een goed bed en heeft airconditioning…. Wat zeer prettig is in de warmte van de stad. De parkeergarage is 5 min. Lopen (volgens mij zetten ze de auto wel ergens anders als je langer dan een dag blijft)

Roadworks outside were a bit noisy but nothing the hotel can do about this

Amamos o hotel, muito bem localizado perto de TUDO, com muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. Era possível passar no hotel deixar compras enquanto andávamos pela cidade. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendamos muito esse hotel e ficaríamos de novo. Cama boa e espaçosa, dormimos o casal e nossa bebê se 7 meses tranquilo. Mesmo que o hotel está localizado no centro não nos incomodou nenhum pouco barulho da rua nem nada.

Location location location and staff.
Elevator was oos. I was able to send my bags up using the elevator so in realty a minor inconvenience.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nizza in Florence! The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of the train station and many of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a charming Italian atmosphere that made our stay feel special.
Overall, Hotel Nizza offers great value, a convenient location, and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Nizza is very centrally located in where three main touristic neighborhoods (Santa Maria Novella, San Lorenzo/San Marco, and The Duomo/city center) meet. It's a well-managed, clean, and cozy hotel run by very friendly helpful staff.
Central location of this hotel means that you will experience street noise late at night and into early morning when bars close and jolly, sufficiently inebriated folks are heading to their beds while still discussing their adventures of the night LOUDLY with their companions. So...come prepared.
